None of us would choose to stay under a limiting belief.

The habits we have formed, or maladaptive survival behaviors we’ve used, have kept us under a spell. Not to mention the societal programming we’ve been immersed in all our lives. No one is untouched by these limiting spells, even those of us with a clear memory of life before incarnation on Earth.

So how do we address a habit we aren’t even aware we have? By mixing up the routine. I’m always watching in awe as life provides exactly what we need. Don’t be surprised if you are suddenly relocated for a bit (days, weeks, or months). Sometimes life has to step in and help us break a cycle, or a spell. For at least the next year, or maybe a couple, life is waking us up by breaking routines and habits. Go with the flow.

There is no action required on your part to start the process, just stay flexible and go with what feels right. Digging in you heals and refusing to move out of your well-worn rut won’t go well. Just follow the opportunities, and you will be a brighter light for it. This diversion (soul intervention, if I’m honest) is only designed to remind us of who we really are, without the programming held in place by habit.

Think about your day… out of bed at roughly the same time, talk to the same people, do the same things, maybe even eat the same kinds and portions of food, and the off to bed. Repeat. Our lives are run on habit, not presence. Not for much longer. Presence is about to be our new guiding light. Pro tip: Presence is where our power resides. Obsessing over the past, worrying about the future, and blame are all huge power leaks. “Power to the people” will come with our presence and awareness.

The world stage will also be filled with wake-up calls. Changing a habit with a short relocation seems so much less dramatic, but to each his own. Of course, not everyone will be called off to foreign lands, but if you are reading this you can expect some kind of disruption to your routine. Take it in stride. This really is the universe working for us.
