Happy November Beloved Soul Family!

It is truly an honor to welcome you into this wondrous season of change and expansion. I just want to reach out to say thank you so much for being a part of this All for Love community. Some of you have been walking alongside me for 18 years, and many of you are here for the first time. Welcome one and all!

In feeling into what seems so core and essential for us right now as we head into the energies of a full moon total eclipse this Tuesday (and other key events taking place), this is the message that the Universe wishes to share with you:

I assure you, while many aspects of the world may appear to be moving us in a dire direction, it is only occurring to inspire a deeper cracking open in greater aspects of our collective awareness.

It’s humbling to witness what may be necessary to awaken humanity in coming together as One. Sometimes, what looks like the unfolding of a doomsday prophecy is only the final chapter for the most hurtful parts that refused to be humbled by the ongoing winds of change.

This is why we soften the edges of each inner battle with offerings of self-love — one authentic “I love you” at a time.

Loving what is means equally embracing the one who likes how things are, or wishes everything was different with the same amount of respect, acceptance, kindness, and compassion. It does not mean loving circumstances that don’t feel good. Instead, the practice of self-love is ensuring you never go without the nurturing attention and supportive self-talk that brings the best out of you — no matter the outcomes at hand or the details in view.

Each time you are able to hold loving space for yourself, it ripples out to offer the same gift of space to all hearts through the laws of Unity consciousness. This makes the essential practice of loving yourself one of the most potent ways to transform the world.

There will come a day when you are able to unconditionally love others, but it occurs at a level of consciousness that may only be accessed by the journey required to fully love yourself. This is the heart of expansion.

Speaking of enjoyment, as many of you know, I love cold, rainy, wintery weather. All my dreams are coming true this weekend with a series of storms bringing rain and wind with even an early chance of snow this week. I am cherishing this time of year. My mini holiday tree has been plugged in, the Christmas music mix is set to play -- as I welcome what for my inner child, is the most magical time of the year. I am sending many cozy blessings to you today and always.
