First and foremost, I want to offer my deepest gratitude for the support that has poured in from last week’s newsletter. It truly warms my heart to walk this path of life with you.

Thank you for being an extraordinary gift for me to receive, just as it is my highest honor to serve your evolution. While I know such topics can elicit visceral feelings of grief, my hope is that while we come to grips with a mortality always slowly vanishing from our grip, we embrace each precious moment together — not knowing for any of us when our last breath will arrive. While I have been in quite a depth of processing lately, it has moved me beyond the contemplation or negotiation of knowing what will be. In every breath,

I choose life exactly as it invites me to be.

Embracing the gift of this precious lifespan, and the treasure of being this incredible appearance of a person - Matt Kahn, whom I absolutely love animating into form...just as I hope you love being the person you are, too!

In this moment, may we unite our hearts in conscious community to make the ultimate choice: Let us meet this moment directly. Let us love without limits, barriers, or restrictions. Let us begin living with greater reverence and respect for each breath of life force energy that never can guarantee another breath will follow. Let us awaken from fantasy, assumption, and tendencies to cope with change through strategies of avoidance, numbing ourselves, over-indulgence, or rationalization. Instead,

let us unite together as One, allowing our hearts to fully open to the very mystery of existence;

a mystery that is here to be savored instead of being solved.

Let us meet ourselves and each other as a mystery called this moment — allowing all that is here to be felt, to be embraced, and to be held by the immaculate healing power of love. May each moment of renewed kindness, softness, and self-compassion become unexpected entry points into the truth of your liberated existence.

May we grieve our attachments to fantasies, projections, and expectations in order to live more freely without being so consumed in grief that we forget to embrace and enjoy the precious time we have together. May we choose life fully in this breath right now as the only promise our journeys can ever provide. If such a humbling ever-dissolving promise isn’t enough, that’s okay too.

The love you are awakening...

and learning to pour into and through your heart knows how to satisfy each and every need you may ever have. This is why we are walking together - perhaps now with greater awareness as to how precious each breath and every moment always is.

All for light. All for life. All for love,
