In quiet moments we can feel our body evolving. Our psychic abilities have been awakened and we’re getting messages about specific things that are going to happen in our lives.

We are immersed in these cosmic energies that are flowing so freely, so robustly to the earth, and bringing with them our new codes and directions and information. Things are happening fast, the pace is picking up.

We continue to experience what this energy creates in our body—last Sunday, for example, many were feeling unmotivated and tired and just blah. This week, we may have had times where our appetite was off and we were feeling the intensity of the energies coming our way. There were odd aches and pains. Today (Tuesday), the energy was impacting our nervous system. Fortunately, we’re coming into a time when it will be easier, because increasingly we are at home in these new frequencies.

We’ve given birth to our new selves. I had a dream that I gave birth, and when I looked at the baby, surprisingly it was me. Our experiences are personal, because each of us is making this journey. And yet the commonalities are everywhere. This is happening to all of us.

And I want to mention that on May 15th, as I was out doing errands, I was suddenly moving at an enormous rate of speed, and everything was happening effortlessly as I was carried from one errand to the next. The effortless part was great, and I’m hoping that’s what replaces the tiredness so many have felt.

We’re adjusting to these frequencies. Our bodies are making the transition into the higher frequencies. And we can feel that noticeable physical changes are next. I have been getting a message, over and over, that we are now younger than our physical age. Soon we will see that. Our physical bodies are the last part of us to shift.

We’re experiencing our power to create and we are learning how it works. We’re having to sometimes tweak our creations. It’s easy to ask for something and then realize it isn’t quite what you wanted. We’re learning as we go. We’re discovering our power and learning to trust what we can do.

And we’re finding that we don’t have to judge. We can simply hold the space for everyone to grow. Today, a neighbor who’s not doing this work asked me what I thought was going to happen in the world. I shared some of my ideas and she said, she’s open to all of it. It was beautiful to hear, because we’re all on the journey together.
