There are many things happening this week to prepare for the September equinox of 2023.

There is a huge frequency shift inbound, and people are generally concerned about the inevitable changes, or concerned they will miss the boat. I wish to offer a third option – drop the concern. You are right where you need to be, and everyone will make the level of shift they can handle.

I had a couple significant reminders last week. I distinctly heard, “It’s not the 

 about basically the same thing. The lesson I took was to concentrate on the feeling of love and support, without attaching it to certain people or circumstances. Attachment isn’t really love, and is always based in a fear of loss. This is an old teaching, but I needed the reminder. Detaching frees all of us to walk our own path, while attracting that energy to my individual life, no matter the how or who.

I’m going into this massive shift with my heart open, and a soft focus on the feelings of love and mutual support. I say “soft focus” to differentiate it from the intensity of strength of will. This isn’t the time for will-based determination. Effort definitely has its place, but this isn’t it. This feels more like relaxing into a soft chair with a cozy blanket. Wrapping myself in the feeling of love and support a few times throughout my day has already improved my outlook.

What are you focusing on? Are you focusing on what you want, or what you are afraid to lose? If we can truly accept our worst fears, then they are neutralized. Emotion is our attractor field, and either love of, or fear of, an outcome give it an emotional charge. What triggers your emotions, and why? Many of us who have been doing inner work for some time no longer have those sharp spikes of emotion. Still, it’s always good to double-check your focus.

If you find any sharp edges, work on them gently, with love. Another ancient teaching that still stands true – we can only give to others what we give to ourselves (the outer will reflect the inner). I had a friend who used to say that I should never tell people that love comes from within, because she felt her lack of self-love made it impossible to find a partner. That isn’t it at all. You can always find a partner that will love you exactly as much as you love you. As your self-love grows, either the dynamic will shift, or a new partner will arrive. How does this work for over-givers? Once they love themselves enough, boundaries seem like a good idea. Everything starts with how you treat you.

I feel like the next six months are going to be the practice time for creating through the attractor field – the new manifestation. This training will continue until the equinox in March 2024, when we have another big jump. Again, this will move people exactly as much as their minds and bodies can handle, no more. Some will just start their awakening journey, while others prepare to embody the lightbody. Everything is moving in the same direction at this point, with as much grace and ease as possible.

Motivation matters. Running away from something is completely different than running toward something. Soften your focus, and go with the feelings of love and peace. May all goodness come to you with grace and ease.
