What are the questions currently swirling in mind? Do you find yourself wondering, "Where is life headed?" Maybe in the aftermath of processing so much in your journey, you may ask, "What's next?"

Perhaps such questions only repeat as invitations into a more inward journey. And yet, as empaths, we can turn so inward that the importance of our lives may lack the attention each aspect deserves. So, how do we move into a new frequency of awareness that equally satisfies the swirling questions in mind, while allowing inner reality and outer world to be equally honored?

What if there are different questions to ponder. What feelings are sensed when you ask, "What is my next most courageous action step? Which bold choice have I put off for sometime other than now? Which option will help me take another step toward the most inspired version of self? What if I acted in a way that turned the fantasy of my highest self into a living reality?"

Simply by considering these types of questions, it’s natural to feel surges of resonant excitement along with sensations of dread, despair, apprehension, and fear. All important feelings that step to the forefront of your emotional experience are asking for the love that empowers you with the ability to move forward — despite how off-balance or out of sorts you feel, and no matter how intently you believe this isn’t the right time to make a decision on the things you might put off most often.

Once you dare to make a decision you’ve been avoiding, you activate the Universal Law of Karma. In a positive sense, the Law of Karma honors your willingness to move forward and will always shape your reality according to your intention. This means when moving in harmony with the flow of evolution, it could only occur through choices supporting everyone’s highest destiny. Through the Law of Karma, you can acknowledge any fear of missing out, worry of making the wrong choice, or concern about how others will react to the options that best support you as defense mechanisms of ego attempting to keep you paralyzed from choosing differently. Not because ego is evil or has an ulterior motive to sabotage your life, but because ego has been trained to steer you away from the choices you continually put off and to develop fear-based rationalizations that justify why continuing to avoid is the best course of action.

How are you able to love the parts of self that only arise by daring to step beyond the illusory comfort zone of conditioning? How are you going to help transform all aspects of your reality without your willingness to change leading the way? How are you going to see through the facade of fear and move into greater oneness with Source without making the choices that allow more space for Universal Truth to guide you?

Most importantly, how else are you going to bring reoccurring patterns of discomfort, disappointment, and the need to control to an end and free yourself from the belief that other people’s actions determine your depth of freedom and happiness — without moving yourself in the direction of choices your heart cries out to embrace?

Such choices don’t have to be done all at once, but the time is now to begin moving forward. Let the anticipation of pain become an expectation of joy. Allow the assumption of mistake to become the curiosity of exploration. Let the stress and pressure of “I don’t know how” to become an acceptance of “I don’t know how when feeling like this, but I’m willing to try in honor of my journey.”

Let’s breathe. Let’s feel into the places where love is requested. Let’s stop trying so hard to change how you feel and instead, let’s change the way you view the choices that you know in your heart you need to make. Let’s dare to see through the eyes of love without soothing the ego with reasons to avoid. Let’s do the very things that transform someone in need of being rescued into one who leads by example.

Let’s come together to activate the positive side of the Law of Karma, so life has no reminders left to send, but only renewed blessings and miracles to fill the spaces your most inspired choices helped to create.
