Which One Is Most True For You?

You Always Have This No Matter What

As an exercise in expanding awareness, please add into all four blank spaces below the emotion you are having the most difficult time facing.

Start by reading the first sentence to become aware of the ego’s perspective. This is not done as a way of shaming ego in any way, but allowing any degree of blame to be acknowledged as stored pain wanting to be released by giving it a space to be heard.

Then read the second statement to expand into the soul’s viewpoint. Finally, read the third statement to align and reconnect with Universal Truth in support of today’s beautiful unfoldment and each gift life is excited for you to receive:

  1. Ego's Perspective: “If it wasn’t for ______, I wouldn’t be feeling this way.”
  2. Soul's Viewpoint: “Thank you ______ for healing deeper layers of repressed emotion and helping me overcome my most superstitious beliefs about discomfort.”
  3. Universal Truth: “No matter how much _____ I feel, even when felt often, its only purpose is to be healed by the love within me that cannot dim or diminish no matter how deeply _____ is felt.”

May this exercise meet you exactly where you are, offering you permission to be as you are, and without a belief that any which way you feel is in the way of better experiences, or must be defeated before life opens up.

Love yourself more, not less, no matter which perspective or viewpoint you spent your time inhabiting.

All for Love,

Matt Kahn
