When we begin to identify with our eternal presence of awareness, we are aligning with our true essence, beyond space and time.

To be known and realized, this is an aspect of us that requires intentional focus of attention. So, what do we focus on? There is a non-localized presence of life force that lives at the center of our awareness. We are so full of it, that most of us do not even recognize it. It is the localized center of awareness that we are. It expresses itself as our thoughts, emotions, physical bodies and our entire empirical presence. Our ego is its creation, in learning how to cope in this dimension, while ignoring our essence.

Understanding Our Essence

What can we know about our essence? We know that we are conscious entities. We also know from quantum physics that consciousness is everything. It’s what we all share. That’s the reason we’re telepathic, empathic and more, as much as we allow ourselves on a very deep level of our subconscious. There is no boundary in consciousness between conscious and subconscious, except what we have designed for ourselves, and we can change this. Our abilities all depend on our deepest self-limiting beliefs.

Reshaping Beliefs Through Practice

We can reshape our beliefs and even resolve them, if that is our intent. Meditation with biofeedback is one way. Hypnotic regression therapy is another. Long-term, developing a practice of deep meditation is another. In all of these kinds of practices, the consciousness of the ego is not needed, allowing us to become aware of our own awareness. As our awareness expands to include our self-identity, we realize that we are beyond our human person and have a position of being the director of our human person. We are the ones who think our thoughts and feel our feelings. We also sense everything through our bodies. We are our awareness, giving expression to everything we are aware of.

Consciousness and Quantum Alignment

Quantum physics experiments have shown that subatomic entities share in universal consciousness, knowing everything related to them throughout the cosmos in every moment and beyond time. Every aspect of our bodies consists of universally-conscious entities. By practicing alignment with the energetic signature of our physical presence, we can direct the polarity and frequency of our energetic presence with our thoughts and inner feelings in every moment. We are always shaping the qualities of our experiences by the way we are present. It is our perspective and our level of fear and doubt or love and joy, of contraction or expansion.

As we maintain awareness of our human presence, we find that our conscience expands to provide us with everything we need to know to create the life we truly want, in deepest love and joy.
