On the path to Self-Realization, we encounter everything we’ve imposed on ourselves to keep us entranced in limited awareness.

Without limiting beliefs about ourselves, we naturally want to expand our awareness beyond the boundaries of human consciousness. This kind of expansion happens naturally when we allow it. It happens as we confront our limiting beliefs that keep us in conditions of dependency on others beyond our own sense of self.

Expanding Awareness Beyond the Body

We can begin to expand our awareness beyond the skin of our bodies into an energetic sense of non-localization of awareness, of just being present and being our presence of awareness. At first we can learn to sit in silent meditation in a kind of awareness of being in love and joy and gratitude about everything. Every condition is just what it is, without any judgment, preference or intent. We are the ones who instill meaning, because we are the creators. We receive impressions that we recognize and align with.

Every perception that we pay more than casual attention to stimulates us in some way. It is this stimulation that we decide what to do with. This is the part of our creative ability. As we go through life, making conscious or subconscious decisions, one after another in every moment, we shape the radiance of our energy signature. This is what we can open our awareness to. We broadcast our feelings about ourselves all the time and affect the structure of our personal environment. We are naturally and constantly on the quest of ever greater love and joy. These are the qualities of our essence. Once we feel and recognize who we are, beyond space and time, the boundaries of humanity dissolve into infinite awareness, always present everywhere and always, and available for our personal imprint, which we always provide by just being the way we are, while having our perspectives and interests.

Living in Resonant Awareness

We live in the dimension that we recognize. It’s an energetic dimension that resonates with our feelings and beliefs about ourselves. Everything we feel is filtered through our awareness of who we believe we are, and what we believe our abilities are. Here is where we can intentionally expand our awareness by passing over any feelings of contraction from fear and doubt, and opting for expansion in gratitude, love and joy. This becomes the quality of our energy signature and carries us into a resonant dimension of joyful living and creative intention.
