Letting go is about freeing yourself of everything that’s not real and authentic.
Letting go is about finding the inner courage to say no to your fears, doubts and limitations.
Letting go is about embracing all that life created you to be and allowing your Light to shine.
Letting go is about no longer hiding yourself, your talents and your gifts from the rest of the world.
Letting go is the way back to yourself – back to your Soul’s purpose, and back to your Truth.
Letting go is all about giving yourself the right to Be, to Do, and to Have all the wonderful things that life has to offer. And this beautiful guided meditation will take you on a wonderful journey where you will learn to do just that.
Before you begin, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 25 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be on a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready, press play. Once the meditation session is over, you can share your experience with all of us by commenting below.
