Deep Relaxation Meditation: Guided Meditation to Release Stress and Anxiety

- Written by AndEl

With the many things we have to do on a regular basis, it can be quite challenging to connect with that place within ourselves where we feel centered and at peace. But with the help of meditation, we can release all our cares, doubts and worries, and we can return to a place of deep peace and relaxation.
This Deep Relaxation Meditation will help you release and let go of everything that no longer serves you – negative thoughts, fears, worries, anxiety, etc. so that you can live each day to the fullest and enjoy a stress-free life.
Before you begin, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 30 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be in a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready to press play. Once the meditation session is over, you can share your experience with all of us by commenting below.
Enjoy!
