Fairy Meditation When You Wash Your Hands

Fairy Meditation When You Wash Your Hands

With hand-washing on our radar now more than ever thanks to COVID-19, we’re seizing each opportunity as a chance to fit in some extra mindfulness. Read our Mother Earth fairy meditation below and try it when you next visit the sink!

  1. Close your eyes and take some deep breaths. Breathe naturally, and as you breathe in visualise pure love and light flowing into your body. As you breathe out, release any cares or concerns.
  2. You can see a group of fairies flying towards you, they take your hands and lift you up. You fly up above the houses, higher and higher, penetrating the earth’s atmosphere. Eventually they stop and gesture to you to glance downwards. You are in awe as you see Mother Earth in all of her beautiful glory.
  3. As you look at the fairies you can see beautiful golden energy flowing from their hearts with sparkling particles falling down gently towards the earth’s surface. As these golden particles touch the earth, it is filled with healing energy.
  4. The fairies wish for you to know that you have the power to send your healing energy to the earth too, at any time. It is simple to do, it just takes a little imagination and your loving intentions.
  5. You find yourself falling gently back down to earth. The fairies bring you back safely to where you first started and they wave farewell until the next time. You feel your feet touching the ground and you wiggle your fingers and toes until you feel fully grounded.
  6. In your mind or out loud, say thank you to the fairies for allowing you to experience this healing with them.
