“Love is always open arms. If you close your arms about love you will find that you are left holding only yourself.” ~ Leo Buscaglia
This amazing guided meditation will help you get clear on what you truly want from a romantic relationship and manifest the perfect partner for you so that you can give and receive love in a way that is healthy, inspiring, and life-giving. If you are already in a romantic relationship, you can simply use this meditation to improve the connection you have with your current partner.
Before you begin, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 52 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be in a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready to press play. Once the meditation session is over, you can share your experience with all of us by commenting below.
Enjoy!
