Letting go of an outdated goal isn’t quitting; it’s making space for what excites you now. There’s a surprising lightness in saying, “I don’t want this anymore,” and freeing up your energy for new passions. Today, give yourself permission to release what’s no longer true for you. In that release, you might find the momentum you’ve been missing.
