DON'T LET CHAOS DISCOURAGE YOU!

Dear brave soul,

just adjust to the fact that it will remain restless around you for the time being!

A prolonged run-up is needed to prepare all earth dwellers for the Great Upheaval. Because Earth is the planet where the most duality can be experienced (through the polar force effect we can come to great awareness), every sensitive soul will also already experience very intensely the processes taking place in duality.

This can cause a lot of inner confusion, because it seems as if you yourself are the causer of the chaos. But in most cases you pick up the frequencies of the chaos outside of yourself. As a carrier of much higher frequencies, you help to transform what is happening in the collective fields. It may be that you are already so open that you notice any disturbance from anywhere in the world. That imbalance causes inner turmoil in your system. It has become your first nature to want to correct that imbalance. You experience that there is chaos within you and so you begin to identify with it, as if it is yours....

Every time it seems like a relapse; you take a step forward, feel wonderful and more filled with light and love. But even on the same day, or in the night that follows, your energy can totally change and you lose connection with Yourself emotionally. I myself experience several times a week (since Oct. 2023) that I can only sleep for a few hours, wake up dead in the morning, feeling as if I had to fight all night... But against what? If you cannot place that in your own awakening processes, or if you do not have the idea that your higher Self has voluntarily provided help somewhere, then you know that what you are experiencing is not yours!

So do not be discouraged by all the days and nights when you suddenly seem to have lost everything you have acquired through your years of inner work. Know that in the collective fields, where there is a lower consciousness than that which you carry, there is a gigantic power play going on to wake up as many people as possible. Because you are already so open and transparent, only a small impulse is needed for a major inner shift. But for a large part of humanity that is still living fully in duality, identifying completely with matter and unaware of a divine essence within themselves (or turning away from it), eye-opening spectacles are needed that can break open their armed exterior.

Perhaps you know Leonard Cohen's song, "There is a crack in everything, that's how the Light gets in." That is SO appropriate right now! Millions of hard nuts are being cracked, much old stuff will be dismantled and die off before the high-frequency Light can enter. Your sensitive system regularly witnesses many of these dismantling processes!

Therefore: do not put any pressure on yourself in the sense that you have to break through anything. Take enough rest and do not stay too long in heavy fields if it is not really necessary. Nature will always let you feel the harmony of the divine, but there too: better not walk into a busy traffic jam of hikers, because while walking and talking people release a lot of tension, which you can then pick up again.

Ah, you know; you yourself know best what can elevate you. Allow yourself that, because you already contribute so much, just by being here and now on Earth.
