Starseeds are currently experiencing a powerful surge of DNA activation energies, resulting in higher frequencies and intense energetic shifts within our physical bodies.

This stage of ascension involves deeper cellular releasing and the activation of what we were all told were “DNA junk files," which are in fact our innate and latent super powers.

As these activations occur, it may bring about discomfort in our physical human form, it is necessary for the recalibration taking place within our multidimensional systems as Starseeds. Many are now ascending to higher dimensional levels, uncovering deeper truths, and shedding illusions and lifting veils that once restricted the original template.

During this process, expect a stronger connection to your higher self and source light energy. More revelations and hidden aspects will be shown to many at this time as we merge and co-create with the cosmos at large, becoming more aligned and transparent with the true self.

Embracing Higher Purpose

As you step into your life's purpose and share your service with others, you will encounter various energies in people. Earth is a unique melting pot. Ascension growth heightens conscious awareness of subtle energies from others' thoughts and feelings.

Regardless of the energy you encounter, it's important to learn how to handle them in a way that allows you to remain a source of light without it being compromised. Self-mastery involves staying balanced, calm, loving, and centered within your own energy while navigating various outer energies.

You can hold immense love and compassion for humanity while remaining completely detached from dysfunctional outer chaos and drama. This gives self the capacity to heal the world instead of being affected by it.

The Path of True Enlightenment

Enlightenment doesn't mean totally isolating yourself from life experiences, it is about finding harmony amongst all different kinds of energies and ascending higher regardless. Learning to merge and embody the higher self requires a truthful and peaceful environment, one free of duality and negativity.

Starseeds are now learning to work with higher frequency energies, keeping the heart space in source alignment even around those who you are not consciously aligned.

In your journey of evolution and self-awareness, you may encounter deeper levels of past trauma, injustice, and pain within self and others. Consciously expanding in this process of ascension requires removing the self from the darkness of the world and in others, developing balance and stability within is self’s responsibility and this is what leads to inner peace, remaining in a truthful awareness, in a heart-centered space, allowing for conscious soul evolution and expansion. The innate purpose is at work.

Transcending the Blame Game

Some may feel hurt and disconnected from others, or blame them for the self suffering that resulted. It is about understanding the lessons your soul/higher self chose before coming into this conscious life and why we entered into certain soul contracts, in order to learn, consciously grow and evolve through challenging situations.

Ascension begins when we release the need to blame others, allowing us to heal the deeply rooted victim mentality within our cellular levels and subconscious mind. True ascension requires transcending blame games and intellectual conflicts, instead choosing heart-centered awareness and multidimensional expansion.

Ascension will never be about getting caught up in a blame game of right vs. wrong, releasing the intellectual reasoning and connecting with the heart, expanding your awareness on a multidimensional level. Power struggles are based in the solar plexus energy portal and can perpetuate cycles and loops of past pain and suffering.

When these emotions arise, take a moment of silence to bring in more light and connect with the lessons in human form that transcends duality. Feel into your heart space and offer compassion to self and the world. There is no need to prove anything or hold onto any differences in perspectives.

Healing Through Pain

As you continue to consciously expand and evolve, you will learn to navigate pain and difficult situations from the depth of your Soul, rather than through various subconscious personality aspects. Remembering pain is a teacher, a place that is waiting for your unconditional love and healing.

Many things are shifting within now, it seems like all at once and the physical body is needing to adjust and catch up to the conscious shifts taking place, especially when a lot of fear or anxiety is being released from thoughts, emotions, etc. The physical body will need to recalibrate in accordance to the present conscious mindset.

Ascending individuals are encouraged to explore the metaphysical connections behind their physical symptoms, this helps them gain a deeper understanding of the ascension process and its effects on their physical body.

Ascension Symptoms and Chakras

When the ascending self experiences a release of density in the physical body, you may notice aches and soreness in the legs. This discomfort often reflects imbalances in the Base chakra, which is associated with fear, survival instincts, scarcity thinking, tribal, ancestral, family dynamics, releasing anxiety, letting go of the past, recognising beliefs that no longer serve, now releasing outdated patterns, confronting illusions and delusions that the self held onto out of fear, reclaiming self power to make choices that align with the true self.

Starseeds, focusing on the heart chakra may bring about sensations such as heart palpitations, internal tremors, a sense of imbalance or feelings of guilt and shame.

Addressing and clearing these issues will create healing on a metaphysical level, with the physical body often being the last to align with this transformation.

Ascension symptoms will come and go throughout, it all depends on conscious releasing as to what kind of symptoms the physical will take on.

Conscious Evolution in Motion

There has been a significant shift in consciousness recently, with all ascending souls going through an intense healing process. This inner transformation involves balancing the mind and healing the lingering effects of past lifetimes filled with misinformation, indoctrination, and false conditioning.

The physical symptoms experienced during this ascension process are part of a recalibration and adjustment as the DNA undergoes drastic internal changes. The ascending self is establishing a new paradigm that aligns with ascension and conscious evolution.

These symptoms may persist for varying lengths of time, from days to weeks, months, or even years. However it's important to remember that they are temporary. As internal changes are made the physical body acts as a conduit and will adapt and respond accordingly.
