The angels have given me a prayer that I pray when I am feeling down, and today I would like to share it with you.

Hello to all my beautiful friends. I am praying for you all, always.

If you have been feeling down lately, I want you to remember that your guardian angel can help you in many ways, including calling in the help of other angels and the souls of your loved ones.

Your guardian angel is the gatekeeper of your soul, and it can allow a soul who is in heaven to come back and be with you, giving you support and help when you need it.

Often it is easier for us to feel the presence of a loved one than it is for us to feel the presence of an angel. These souls, after all, once lived on this earth.

Recognize that you are not the only one. You are not alone. Lots of people suffer from feeling down at different times in their lives, and there may be people around you today who are feeling even more depressed than you.

Talking with people about what is going on with you and how you are feeling can be a big help. Talk with friends, family, a counselor, or a medical practitioner. Talking about what you are feeling will make you more aware, and will hopefully bring in more help and support for you.

As a child, the angels taught me never to take anything personally. This was important for me, given all the comments that were made about me being retarded. Many people treated me as if I were incapable or stupid.

The angels told me that these hurtful things said more about the person making the comment than they did about me.

When we are feeling down, we are vulnerable and particularly prone to taking things personally. I know it is very hard. I find it hard at times, too, but we can make an effort every day to try and take things less personally.

Prayer is powerful in every circumstance, and it can be a very big help to you when you are feeling down or depressed.

The angels have given me a prayer that I pray when I am feeling down, and today I would like to share it with you.

A Prayer for Joy in My Life

Please God,

Take this cloud of darkness away,

Shine your light upon me,

Send your angels to help me,

Give me the courage and strength

To start to feel the joy in my life again.
