Aries

So complex. Between that distracting sense of compelling urgency, and the utter exhaustion, in some way you are being asked to trust the process. Go with it. Even though you are not quite sure where this will lead you, or where you are going to end up in the end. Neptune has only just recently entered your sign. But as he did so he brought a bit of that complexity along with him, the uncertainty, the unknowable’s, the wondering if you even know who you are any more. This will soon be followed by Saturn. And it is in this place, just before Saturn enters Aries on May 24th that you could feel overwhelmed by that exhaustion. Think of this as the push and pull effort it takes to get to the other side of the divide, to slough off the old, and brace yourself for the arduous journey of beginning anew. And combined with all that is this inner knowing of what is being required of you. Taking your marching orders. And stepping up when it is necessary for you to step up. Saturn will return to Pisces for some unfinished business in September, but in the mean time you are getting a glimpse of what will be waiting for you on the other side of the abyss.

Taurus

We are winding down Taurus season this week. But it is even more than that. Much is winding down as the planet Saturn has now reached the last degree of Pisces, the last sign in the zodiac. Next week it enters Aries, a sign of new beginnings. There is something of an anticipation as the Sun crosses Uranus in your sign of Taurus this weekend. A hope for something new and different, even as a part of us longs for what had once been so familiar and true. We are all needing to adjust in our own way, in our own time. And as we do so, Venus, your ruling planet, now in Aries and trine Mars in fiery Leo, you are being asked to consider, in your heart of hearts: What do you want? What are you needing? What is right for you? When Venus first stationed retrograde in early March, she was asking these same questions, trying to get you to connect on some very deep level. And then as she stationed direct in April, she was reminding you of the consequences of our choices, that no matter which direction you go, there will be either be rewards or consequences. But ultimately, what she is reminding you this week, of what it is that you truly want and/or need in your heart of hearts, and what you are needing to do to get that. 

Gemini

Words have this way of just spilling out hither and yon this weekend, and it will be difficult to hold back. But wisdom says, no matter how much you want to spill, it’s best to hold back for now. You will have plenty of time to have your say once Mercury enters Gemini on the 25th. In the meantime, use the powerful Jupiter transits this week to sit, watch, listen and wait. For the past year that Jupiter has been in Gemini you were being showered with new ideas and a myriad of choices. Opportunities just seem to abound when Jupiter is in your sign. So much so that you could find yourself at a quandary trying to figure out which way to go. You are standing at a crossroad in your life. It may be that you are wanting to explore new horizons, but are not yet ready to let of previous obligations. At some point it could feel as if these are vying with each another. And by the time Jupiter enters Cancer in June, it will be more about sustainability and focusing in on your most important priorities. Even Gemini can only juggle so many balls in the air at once. 

Cancer

Jupiter comes to a critical crossroad this week, as it taunts you with possibilities that you are only whimsically considering. It may be that you are wanting to explore these new possibilities, but are not yet ready to let go of old ties and familiar habits. When Jupiter enters your sign in June you will feel more confident to take those steps to consider new avenues that will better support your evolving world view. But in the meantime, with Jupiter still in Gemini you still have some inner healing and releasing to do, before you can take that next step out on to the rest of your life. Jupiter’s sextile to Chiron will help to facilitate that process by presenting opportunities for learning, discovery, healing and acceptance. All of which are positioning you to discover things about yourself that you may have taken for granted, or never even knew existed. We all have certain guides, both inner and outer, that can serve as an important teacher or teaching. Wisdom comes in a myriad of forms. But as a result of what you learn this week, could be critical towards setting you on course with your life path. 

Leo

As we come to the end of Taurus season, you could be met with a few unexpected but illuminating surprises. The recent Full Moon could have helped to make these more apparent. On Tuesday, we enter Gemini season, bringing you along for the ride. But also making you that much more aware that we are entering a new order, a new reality which may require certain adjustments, and new ways of doing things. There will be those who find all this new stuff a bit chaotic, with all of these sweeping changes. But with this can also come a realization that you don’t necessarily have to keep doing things the same way as you always have in the past. That there might even be new and better ways to approach a problem or idea. As we enter Gemini season on Wednesday, allow yourself to be flexible and open. knowing that times of uncertainty often call for creative and alternative solutions. And you will want to make the most of these going forward. 

Virgo

For the past year that Jupiter has been in the sign of Gemini it has been encouraging Virgo to expand their vision for the future. And through this process you may have found yourself growing in ways that you might not have previously considered. But as a result of what you have learned, and experienced, and accomplished, you may now find yourself at something of a crossroads, letting you know that certain aspects of your life are no longer relevant for where you are now. It may be that some pieces of your life are preparing to be sloughed off, getting you ready for something different something newer, something better. But also know that this is a process that cannot and will not be rushed. In the meantime, rather than sharing everything with everyone, remind yourself of the wisdom of marking your words. This is especially true this weekend when Mercury makes an exact square to Mars in fiery Leo. Sharing too much, too soon, could end up backfiring. And any way over the next few weeks you will want to give yourself permission to change your mind and be open to new possibilities and new ideas. No need to rush into things prematurely. Timing is everything. 

Libra

In many ways it can feel as if you are at the end of an era, and yet also somewhat poised to enter a new one. One that is gradually unfolding even though it may not be fully apparent as to what will be involved. This is because you have been working towards this moment for many years now, and are about to see some results for all of your efforts. As Saturn reaches the very last degree of the last sign of the zodiac, we are all coming to terms with the idea of being at the end of something. When it enters Aries, it dares to bring you out into the world, where all sorts of expectations are going to be made of you. Like a debutante ready to make her appearance at the ball, or the graduating apprentice ready to prove to the world what they are capable of offering, in some way you are making an appearance. In the meantime your ruling planet Venus, still in Aries is asking you, once again, what your expectations are. What you want and what you need. Both of yourself as well as from others. And what you might want or need to do in order to fulfill those expectations. Knowing this will be the first step of the journey. 

Scorpio

Mars, now in Leo, is asking you: What do you want, desire and crave more than anything right now? What goals are you trying to achieve? And then ask yourself: What is standing in the way? Is there something that you can do about these obstacles? Is there something that you can and are willing to change? And if you are not willing to make the sacrifices that would be necessary, what can you change in your perspective that will allow you to accept your current limitations for what they are? The truth is, as we stand here with Saturn at the very last degree of Pisces, we are all coming to realize that things are shifting. Not entirely seismic, but getting close. And we still cannot see where all this is going to land in the end. But when Saturn enters Aries next week, and then Uranus enters Gemini in July, maybe, just maybe, we’re all going to get a glimpse of what the new normal is going to look like. But until then, we sit at this crossroad, betwixt and between, and taking as many moments as we can to find healing and sustenance. Then there’s nothing more to do, but to adjust as we see fit. 

Sagittarius

Your ruling planet Jupiter perfects two important transits this week: a square to the true Nodes; and a sextile to the centaur Chiron. With Jupiter square, or what we call at the bending of the Nodes, it could feel as if you are standing between two worlds. One world that had to do with your old life, your old ways, your old connections; and another that is anxious and ready to explore new possibilities, new connections, new commitments. Feeling a bit drawn and quartered, pulled in one direction and then another, at some point you are going to have to choose. One thing that could become apparent is that what used to suit you, no longer does. And the old ways no longer suffice. The sextile to the wise centaur, Chiron, can help to connect you to your guides. Whether that be through the guise of a counselor, a teacher, a healer or someone who simply has your best interests at heart, the guidance you are receiving can serve you well for months and even years to come. 

Capricorn

As discussed last week, your ruling planet Saturn is now in the very last degree of the last sign of the zodiac. At the anaretic degree of Pisces, the link is both strong and compelling, and yet shifting and fading. Like a sloughing off, it is releasing all that will not be carried into the next Saturn cycle, which begins with its entrance into Aries on May 24th, the sign of new beginnings. There is a rightness to all this. Like it is all part of a plan. And that is true even if we cannot see the destination, nor the bigger picture. But in the core of your being you get the sense that we are all being guided, and there is nothing more to do but to proceed. If you have done your homework well during the past few years that Saturn has been in Pisces, deep inspiration, and meaningful experiences can carry you forward into the next cycle. This may mean having to pause and turn down some of the noise, to connect with that which is most meaningful within. It is this that will guide you through any doubts, over and around the obstacles, and all the way through to the other side. It could almost feel as if you are giving birth to a new life, a new beginning a new self. 

Aquarius

With your ruling planet, Saturn, at the last degree of the last sign of the zodiac this week, it could feel as if we are closing out an era. And with this comes a certain resignation, a preparedness. It almost feels like this is the natural order of things, this sort of withdrawal from what once was, combined with a bit of excitement for what might be. We still cannot see what that will be from our vantage point, but know that we are all going to be meeting on the other side. Perhaps not where we all expect to be, or where we thought we should be, but we will be there. There will be some resistance, as part of you still holds on to the familiar, and what you’ve always known. But there comes a time in everyone’s life in which we find that we have outgrown certain structures, expectations, and even some ideas about who we are, and what we are about. And if you are feeling exhausted, know that this is also part of the process. The resistance along with the anticipation. Like dragging yourself all the way to the party. And then looking for somewhere to lie down. Just know that when Saturn enters Aries next week, you will be asked to stand up. No matter how exhausted you may feel at first.

Pisces

We are all standing at a crossroads. Your ruling planet Jupiter is at cross-quarters with the true Nodes, what we call the bending of the Nodes. And it is in this place that you find yourself yearning for new horizons, new connections, new adventures, even as you are looking longingly at the door that is closing behind you. It is a time of transition. One that can carry an element of sadness as Saturn makes its way through the very last degree of your sign. Sadness for what once was, while still recognizing that there is a natural order to things in this process. Along with this comes the trust that guidance is there as it is needed, when it is needed, to lead you to where you need to be. Not only is Jupiter at the bendings, but it is also sextile the wise centaur, Chiron, who serves as your guru, your guide, your teacher, your healer, your most trusted advisor. Sorting out all the priorities, aiming to keep it all real, there are no illusions here, but there is a great deal of acceptance, understanding that this too is all part of the human experience we call life.
