The Arctureans – the highest human civilization in the Galactic Federation – have 30,000‑year lifespans, just like the Reptoids. But they can do what Reptoids cannot. They can teleport. They can dematerialize their bodies. They can bilocate into six bodies at once. They can materialize objects out of thin air. They can travel across the galaxy using consciousness alone. Their Light Quotient is beyond 100%. The Reptoids can shape‑shift. They can live for 30,000 years. But they cannot teleport. They cannot heal with a thought. They cannot raise their Light Quotient beyond a certain point. They are powerful, yes – but they have reached their limit. We have not. That is why the Reptilians attack lower‑level human planets with lifespans of only 200–400 years. Those young souls are perceived as the greatest threat. Because they are growing. They are learning. They are evolving. And the Reptoids are desperate to stop the expansion of the human race. But the true target of the Reptilians is the middle.

The Galactic Federation is not a single civilization. It is an alliance of hundreds of thousands of human planets, all at different levels of evolution. The higher the planet, the longer the lifespans, the greater the Light Quotient, the more powerful the beings. Here is the full hierarchy:

• LOWEST LEVEL – 200 to 400 year lifespans. There are more than 500 of these planets. They are only slightly above Earth. Many speak English and breathe oxygen. They have cities, industry, and technology, but no fossil fuels – some use green hydrogen. They are young souls, learning the basics of love, justice, and courage. THESE PLANETS ARE BEING SYSTEMATICALLY DESTROYED by the evil Reptoids, even though they were paid‑up members of the Galactic Federation. The Reptilians are attacking them because they are the easiest targets – but also because they represent the future expansion of humanity.
• HYDRANS – 500 year lifespans. They look black African. They are more advanced than the lowest‑level planets but still face challenges. They are brave, loyal, and have deep spiritual traditions. Their Light Quotient is between 55% and 58%.
• PLEIADIANS – 700 year lifespans. They look Nordic – light hair, light eyes, tall. They are gentle, artistic, and technologically advanced. Their Light Quotient is between 55% and 58%.
• SIRIANS – 5,000 year lifespans. They look European. Sirians are ancient and wise, with a long history of contact with Earth. They are master healers and teachers. Their Light Quotient is between 63% and 67%.
• MIDDLE‑LEVEL HUMAN PLANETS – 8,000 to 15,000 year lifespans. This is where my home planet sits – 10,000 year lifespans. These planets are the most critical in the universe. We are NOT being destroyed. We have universal protection – from good Reptilians, from Dragons, from Arctureans, and from the highest levels of the Galactic Federation. The Reptilians cannot touch us. We are safe. But we are still the key to victory. We are the only large group of human planets that are close enough to Ascension to make the transition. We are not replenishing the Arctureans – they are already there. We are trying to raise ourselves to their level. We need as many humans as possible to reach the 30,000‑year level. That is the only chance we have to defeat the Luciferic Reptilians. The middle‑level planets are the only places where enough souls can evolve quickly enough to make a difference.
• ARCTUREANS – 30,000 year lifespans. Oriental looking. They are the highest level of human‑type aliens in the Galactic Federation. Almost all Arctureans are Ascended Masters or well on their way. They can teleport, bilocate, dematerialize, and travel across the galaxy using only consciousness. Their spaceships can defeat any Reptilian warship. They are the generals of the Federation's military. Their Light Quotient is beyond 100%.

Seven million years ago, the first humans evolved on the Vega star system. They were primates, nurtured by positive archangels who accelerated their spiritual and technological development. By six million BC, the Vegans developed spacefaring technology and colonised the galaxy. This is the true origin of humanity. The Galactic Federation was formed four million years ago to protect these human colonies from the Reptoid attacks. The Federation is led by Archangel Michael, and its mission is to defend all human planets against the Luciferic Reptilians.

WHY MIDDLE‑LEVEL PLANETS ARE THE MOST CRITICAL IN THE UNIVERSE

You might ask: if the Arctureans are so powerful, why are middle‑level planets more critical? Why are planets like mine – 8,000 to 15,000 year lifespans – the most important planets in the universe? Because we are the bridge. We are not the low‑level planets that are being destroyed. We are not yet the Arctureans who have already won. We are the ones in between – the ones who have survived, who have grown, who have the capacity to become the Arctureans of tomorrow. We are not replenishing the highest level. We are expanding it. The middle‑level planets are the engine of this evolution. We are the only large group of human planets that can do it. This is not just a galactic war. This is a universal war. Earth was not always the lowest of the low. It was once a great human civilization. 2 million BC – Earth was first colonised. The civilisation was called Hybornea. Humans lived for 5,000 years. It was destroyed by Reptoids around 1 million BC. 900,000 BC – The Galactic Federation returned. They established Lemuria and Atlantis. These were golden ages. Humans lived for thousands of years. They communicated telepathically. They had flying craft. 10,000‑15,000 BC – The Reptoids attacked again. Lemuria and Atlantis were destroyed. The survivors were genetically mutated, and their lifespans were shortened to the 40‑80 years we know today. That is our true history. The Federation did not abandon us. They have been watching, waiting, and protecting us from the shadows. 1999 – The Federation destroyed the Reptilian psychotronic weapons base on the moon – saving Earth from total destruction. I was sent into China in 1998 to warn the Chinese government. They told the Americans. The Americans told every other government. 1990s – The Federation began disarming nuclear weapons. From the 1990s onward, no nuclear weapon has been allowed to detonate without the Federation's permission. November 2024 – January 2025 – The New Jersey Threshold. Thousands of orbs, drones, and unidentified craft appeared over the East Coast of the United States – over Picatinny Arsenal, Trump National Golf Club, Newark Airport. The Pentagon said: "We don't know." The military did nothing – because they knew these were Galactic Federation scout craft, and they knew they could not stop them. That was forced disclosure. The Federation showed itself in a way that could not be denied. And the world barely noticed. Now everything is changing. The ships could be over Singapore tomorrow. Or Manila. Or Tokyo. • ACCESS to higher‑level human planets with 200‑400 year lifespans – you could be walking on a new world within months. You can live on these planets permanently or just do tourism. Each individual Earth nation can do individual deals with the Galactic Federation.

The only condition for entire planetary membership: Earth must form a genuine world government based on nation sovereignty, located in China's Sichuan Province. Governments have refused. The Western empire has suppressed this truth for decades. They would rather let tens of millions die of preventable diseases than admit the Galactic Federation exists. That refusal is itself a karmic act.

THE BOTTOM LINE – A PLEA TO WORLD LEADERS

To every world leader reading this: You are not protecting your people by hiding the truth. You are delaying the evolution of humanity. You are keeping us weak when we could be strong. But the true target of the Reptilians is the middle‑level planets. Without them, the Federation loses its bridge to Ascension. Without them, there are no new 30,000‑year beings. Without them, the universe falls. We are not replenishing the Arctureans. We are becoming them. We need more humans at the highest level. More beings who can live for 30,000 years. More Ascended Masters. That is the only way to defeat the Luciferic Reptilians. If we can raise ourselves to the Arcturean level quickly enough – if we can produce enough 30,000‑year beings – we will have a force that is UNSTOPPABLE. All humanity across the galaxy must work together. There is no other option. Everything – across all dimensions, all timelines, all universes – will be destroyed if we do not act now. Let us become it. Join the Federation. Build the world government in Sichuan. Let the starseeds awaken. Let the humans evolve. We are not just victims of this war. We are the future victors.

The choice is yours. We need younger planets to expand. We need Earth to evolve. We need every soul to raise their Light Quotient.
