The Galactic Federation is not a myth. It is not a New Age fantasy. It is a 4‑million‑year‑old military alliance of human and human‑like civilizations, formed to protect the human race from the most evil force in the universe: the Luciferic Reptilian Reptoids. I am a direct witness. I have been in telepathic and physical contact with a 30,000‑year‑old Galactic Federation alien leader in a human body since 1998. She sent me to China to warn the government about a Reptilian psychotronic weapons base on the moon. That base was destroyed by the Federation in 1999. Earth was saved.

I am also a starseed – a human alien from an oriental planet with 10,000‑year lifespans. I was told this to my face in physical meetings with Galactic Federation alien leaders. I was reborn on Earth to help with forced disclosure. My academic background is extensive: I have written three master’s degrees and spent ten years on a PhD called The New Idealism, which has been read by millions. I have been a professor at five universities and have taught at more than twenty universities around the world, especially in China. I am a world‑famous alternative journalist, a quantum physicist‑philosopher, a punk poet, natural medicine therapist and a performer.

Sheldon Nidle, an American and Sirian starseed, wrote the first true outline of the Federation in his book You Are Becoming a Galactic Human (1994). I honour him. I have also given extremely important information Sheldon left out.  I bring my own witness: decades of punk rebellion, PhD research in the physics of consciousness, 1.2 billion readers, and a direct line to Federation leadership. This is the true history and philosophy of the Galactic Federation. Read it. Print it. Spread it. The Reptilians are coming. We have no time left.

THE ORIGINS OF HUMANITY IN THE GALAXY

Seven million years ago, the first humans evolved on the Vega star system. They began as primates, but positive archangels, led by Archangel Michael, accelerated their spiritual and technological development. By six million BC, the Vegans had developed spacefaring technology and established human colonies across the Milky Way. English became the lingua franca of the galaxy – a sacred language carried by the angels themselves.

By four million BC, the Luciferic Reptilian Reptoids began attacking human colonies. These reptilian aliens are shape‑shifters, highly intelligent, and utterly evil. They have 30,000 year lifespans. They serve Archangel Lucifer. In response, the advanced human planets banded together to form the Galactic Federation, with Archangel Michael as its supreme commander. The Federation is composed of approximately sixty percent human‑looking extraterrestrials and forty percent good Reptoids, Dragon aliens, and insect aliens who defected from the Reptilian empire.

EARTH’S LOST GOLDEN AGES

Earth has been colonised and destroyed multiple times. Two million BC, the first colonisation created a civilisation called Hybornea, where humans lived for five thousand years. They had advanced technology and spiritual knowledge. The Reptoids destroyed Hybornea around one million BC. In nine hundred thousand BC, the Galactic Federation returned and established Lemuria and later Atlantis. These were golden ages: humans lived for thousands of years, communicated telepathically, and had flying craft. But around ten thousand to fifteen thousand BC, the Reptoids attacked again. Lemuria and Atlantis were destroyed. The survivors were genetically mutated because the Earth's biosphere was destroyed, and their lifespans were shortened to the forty to eighty years we know today. The Federation did not abandon us, but they could not intervene directly without Earth’s invitation. In 1999, the Reptilians maintained a giant mind‑control psychotronic weapons base on the moon, plus lasers, trying to destroy Earth. The Galactic Federation destroyed that base. I was sent into China in 1998 to warn the Chinese government. They told all world governments. Earth was saved – for now.

THE HIERARCHY OF HUMAN CIVILIZATIONS WITHIN THE GALACTIC FEDERATION

The Galactic Federation contains tens of thousands of human planets, each at a different level of spiritual and technological evolution. The level of a planet is measured by its Light Quotient, which determines the lifespan of its inhabitants plus their atmospheric structure. This combination is vital for long lifespans. Higher Light Quotient means longer lifespan and greater protection from Reptoid attacks.

At the lower level are human planets with lifespans of two hundred to four hundred years. There are more than five hundred such planets. Many of them breathe oxygen and speak English, which is the sacred lingua franca of the galaxy. Once disclosure happens and Earth joins the Federation, ordinary Earth humans can travel to these planets, live there, and even relocate permanently. These planets have cities, industries, and infrastructure similar to Earth, but they run on green hydrogen and treat their planets as living souls.

Above them are the Hydrans, who look like black Africans and have lifespans of five hundred years. The Pleiadians, who have a Nordic appearance, live for seven hundred years. The Sirians, who look European, live for five thousand years. My own home planet is an oriental human world with ten thousand year lifespans. Our infrastructure is decentralised and ecological – imagine a hippie commune surrounded by lush forest, but with extremely high‑level industrial centres for space travel. When we die on our home world, we reincarnate back into another body on the same planet for another ten thousand years. I have been doing this for three million years.

At the highest level are the Arcturians, who look oriental and live for thirty thousand years. Their planets are populated largely by ascended masters. An example of a being from such a high level is the world‑famous Indian guru Sai Baba, who lived from 1926 to 2011. Sai Baba came from a human planet with twenty‑five thousand year lifespans. On his home planet, nearly everyone can teleport, bilocate, materialise objects, and heal any disease. Sai Baba demonstrated these abilities on Earth to show us what is possible. The Arcturians are the leaders of the multiverse, and they are urging Earth to join the Federation immediately.

THE REPTILIAN THREAT

The Reptoids are not a metaphor. They are real, physical beings. They have already RECENTLY destroyed dozens of lower‑level human planets that were fully paid‑up members of the Galactic Federation – civilisations with families, art, music. Now those planets are ash. Earth is next, and we are not even a member of the Federation. The Reptilians are led by Archangel Lucifer. They use psychotronic mind‑control weapons to manipulate human governments, create wars, and keep us divided. The Western empire, particularly the United States and its allies, is heavily infiltrated by Reptilian influence.

The Galactic Federation has a legal requirement to give the most military protection to fully fledged members. Earth refuses to join. Therefore, the Federation cannot fully defend us. If the Reptilians launch a counter‑offensive, Earth could be destroyed in hours. The so‑called “peace deals” in this solar system are fragile. The galactic war has been going on for millions of years, and the Reptoids are unpredictable. Earth must act now.

STARSEEDS AND GENERATION Z

A starseed is a human alien from an advanced human Galactic Federation planet who dies on their home world and is reborn on Earth to help with disclosure and planetary transformation. All of Generation Z – those born in 2002 and after – are starseeds. Most come from lower‑level human planets with two hundred to four hundred year lifespans. They are here to complete the mission that previous generations began. I am an early starseed. I come from an oriental human planet with ten thousand year lifespans. I was sent to Earth to prepare the way for the younger starseeds. Governments know this. They know that Generation Z are aliens. But they are too scared to tell the truth – because admitting starseeds exist means admitting the Galactic Federation exists.

THE NEW JERSEY THRESHOLD – FORCED DISCLOSURE

From December 2024 to February 2025, thousands of Galactic Federation scout craft flew over New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and other states. They hovered over Picatinny Arsenal, Trump National Golf Club, Newark Airport, power substations, and major highways. The Pentagon said “We don’t know.” The media called them drones. They were not drones. They were Federation ships, deliberately flying over the most militarised airspace on the planet for weeks. The government could not stop them. They could not explain them. That was forced disclosure. The Federation is done waiting. They are showing themselves in a way that cannot be denied. The New Jersey threshold has been crossed. The dominoes are falling.

HOW THE GALACTIC FEDERATION WILL LIKELY DISCLOSE – THE SMALL COUNTRY STRATEGY

The Federation will not disclose over America. America’s denial machine is too strong. Instead, they will disclose over a small country – Singapore, Fiji, Malaysia, the Philippines, Denmark. Imagine three hundred Federation ships over Singapore for weeks. The Singaporean government is pragmatic. They look at the ships. They look at the economic chaos of denial. They look at the opportunity of being first. Within days, perhaps hours, the government announces: “We acknowledge the presence of extraterrestrial beings. We are joining the Galactic Federation.” That’s it. One country says yes. The domino falls.

The moment a small country officially joins the Galactic Federation, they receive immediate military protection from the Reptilians. The Federation’s ships will defend that country’s airspace, waters, and land from any Reptilian attack. Even more important for smaller nations: the Galactic Federation will give any country that signs an individual deal immediate military protection from larger, aggressive countries. A small nation like the Philippines or Fiji can say to the United States: “You cannot threaten us. The Galactic Federation is our ally.” That changes everything. The empire watches in horror, and there is nothing they can do.

Within weeks of joining, the Federation lands its healing machines – the Med Beds. These holographic medical pods cure every disease: cancer, AIDS, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, diabetes, Ebola, COVID‑19. They regenerate damaged tissue. They reverse aging. They guarantee every citizen a healthy lifespan of one hundred and fifty years or more. That is not a promise. That is a specification.

Furthermore, any country that makes an individual deal with the Galactic Federation can immediately begin taking its citizens on free trips to Galactic Federation human planets – starting with the two hundred to four hundred year lifespan planets that breathe oxygen and speak English. Tourism, cultural exchange, education, even permanent relocation. Imagine sending a thousand young Filipinos to a Pleiadian planet for a semester. Imagine your grandparents being healed in a Med Bed. Imagine never fearing cancer again.

The benefits are enormous. The cost to governments is zero except their pride. They must admit they have been lying for decades. That is hard. But the alternative – watching their citizens die of preventable diseases, watching their countries remain vulnerable to Reptilian attack, watching the empire crumble without them – is much harder. MY STORY – FROM SYDNEY PUNK TO GALACTIC FEDERATION CONTACTEE

I was born in Sydney in the 1960s. I was a teenage hippie folk singer, then a punk, then a jazz‑punk poet. I was there at the Oxford Street Tavern when Radio Birdman played. I was in the front row for the Laughing Clowns, Ruby My Dear, the Wet Taxis. I lived with famous Australian punk musicians and performed with them. My first book, Sewer Side City (1986), was studied in seven Australian universities.

I became a journalist. I worked for the Hobart Mercury – where my father was editor‑in‑chief – the Melbourne Sun News‑Pictorial, and China Daily in Beijing. I saw the Herald & Weekly Times, the world’s most pluralist media company, destroyed by Rupert Murdoch and Bob Hawke in 1987. That was a crime against humanity.

In 1998, at a meditation night in Australia, I physically met a Galactic Federation alien leader in a human body. She is thirty thousand years old. She can read my mind anywhere on the planet. Most governments know of her power. She became my best friend and soulmate. She told me: “You are a starseed from an oriental planet with ten thousand year lifespans. Go to China. Warn the government about the Reptilian moon base. Teach at universities. Write journalism. Spread the message.”

I did what I was told. I moved to China in 1998. I lived there for twenty‑five years. I taught at more than twenty universities, including five at professorial level. I performed as a punk poet and folk‑punk singer in hundreds of cities, sometimes in front of thirty thousand people. I appeared on Chinese television. I studied Shaolin Kungfu, Tai Chi, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Between 2002 and 2014, my alternative journalism on the Galactic Federation was read by two hundred million direct readers. Governments, white hat deep state factions, and Pentagon insiders have published and protected me. I am not a liar. I am not a fraud. I am a witness.

THE PHILOSOPHY OF THE GALACTIC FEDERATION

The Galactic Federation operates on three simple rules. First, never invade another’s sovereignty. Second, what you resist, you empower. Third, there is only love or fear in the multiverse. Their political system is spiritual socialism – some call it spiritual communism. No ownership of land or resources. No billionaires. Everyone contributes according to their ability and receives according to their need. Freedom of expression is absolute. Individual sovereignty is sacrosanct.

Higher‑level human planets, such as the Arcturians and who look oriental, have nearly ascended to full God‑consciousness. Their Light Quotients are above seventy‑eight percent. They can teleport, bilocate into six bodies, materialise objects. They are the leaders of the multiverse. Sai Baba, who came from a twenty‑five thousand year planet, demonstrated these abilities on Earth to prove that they are real.

The Federation does not want to conquer Earth. They want to partner with Earth. They offer military protection, healing machines, one hundred and fifty year lifespans, and access to galactic technology. The only condition for Earth to join as a whole is a genuine world government based on nation sovereignty, located in China’s Sichuan Province. Every nation keeps its own culture, laws, and independence – but they work together under Federation protection. However, individual countries can make bilateral deals with the Federation right now, without waiting for a world government. That is the key. That is why the Philippines, Singapore, Fiji, and others can act immediately.
