In this article I’m going to discuss gratitude and how it engages the law of attraction in the most positive way and changes our lives for the better. One of the reasons I wanted to talk about this is because I just heard an interview with Bob Doyle on the ‘Rewrite Your Money Story’ Series by Teri Bach. One of the main take away’s was when he said, (and I’m paraphrasing here), ‘If you do nothing else, practice of gratitude everyday because it is the most important element to creating what you want in your life.’
Why is gratitude so important?
Ironically, on my way to the gym and before I heard Bob Doyle’s interview, I had been thinking about and going through all the things I was grateful for. Consequently, my vibration or frequency got higher and higher as I continued to mindfully list more and more of what I was grateful for. Subsequently, it was something I could physically feel which seemed to just radiate out from my heart. It was such a defining experience within me that I couldn’t help but be even MORE grateful for the mere practice of gratitude itself!
Feeling grateful is the most important thing you can do toward engaging the law of attraction in a positive way, because of the high frequency or vibrational energy you put out into the field when you’re doing it.
To clarify, it has to do with the law of attraction. The higher you can elevate your emotional state or vibration and the longer you can maintain them, the better. Because like attracts like, things begin to happen that causes more vibrational matches to what you are currently feeling. As a result, it just gets better and better as more people, things, events and circumstances begin to appear giving you even more reason to feel even more grateful.
Love can do it too
For instance, do you remember when you first fell in love and you were just busting at the seems with all of those crazy, intense, very high and amazing feelings or ‘vibrations’? We can acquire that same intensity of amazing vibrational frequencies through gratitude. Simply by thinking about and expressing how thankful you are for all that you have in your life.
It is of vital importance that you start where ever you are no matter what your circumstance is. Believe it or not, you’ve definitely got things to be grateful for. For example if you are having trouble finding something to start with, just be grateful for the simple fact that you have ‘choice’ in how you feel right in that moment, so use that! You have a choice in how you feel and there is power in choice. Be grateful for that power. Just begin there and build on it as things begin to change for you.
Just go for it! Reach for that higher vibration and let it rip. Even if you think I’m full of it and you think nothing will change for you by feeling grateful, do it anyway because you’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain. Think of it this way……at the very least, you’ll feel REALLY good for awhile!

It’s the intense thankful feeling that I want you to expound on and express. Pay attention to how great it makes you feel and do it as often as you can throughout your day. Let the Universe know that you’re ready for even MORE to be grateful for, in other words! Remember, gratitude engages the law of attraction in the most positive way!
