8 Grounding Methods

8 Grounding Methods

Grounding means, in ordinary language, a firm connection with the Earth. In today's world, it is essential for everyone. It gives strength and strength, is a source of resistance to stress and mental stability. When a person loses touch with the earth, it is as if they have fallen out of reality. When this happens people then immerse themselves in a world of fantasies and daydreams.  People can lose the ability to think clearly and concentrate. It then becomes difficult for people to recognize what is their purpose and focus. But even more serious, people can lose the ability to express their desires. It resembles an inverted pyramid, balancing uncertainly at its peak with millions of wishes and minimal results. How to reconnect with the Earth?

Let's start with the simplest methods available to each of us at any time:

1. Exercise

Any physical activity, including housework, activates the physical onset and engages the body. The physical body is the main conductor of energy flowing to man from Earth.

2. Massage and patting the body

If massage is a problem, then everyone can pat every part of their body. It thus engages its body and sets in motion the energy that is blocked in it.

3. Salt Bath

Salt bath Washing with salty soap or salt bath will narrow the boundaries of your ether and literally return you to your body.

4. Eat root vegetables

Everything that grows in the earth has a constant natural connection with the Earth. So it also helps you with grounding.

5. Eat red and orange fruits and vegetables.

Raw crops are recommended if possible.

6. Drink more water

Water helps the movement of energy in the body, cleanses it of toxins and pollutants. A few liters of water a day (not in coffee, tea or juice) will help normalize the energy flow.

7. Work on the ground and with the ground

Transplanting flowers, working in the garden, creating from clay, these are all paths to immediate grounding.

8. Contact with nature

Walks soothe; it slows down your pace and charges you with energy.
