This new series discusses the energies experienced by empaths over the course of the week in an effort to deal more effectively with vampiric or intrusive energies.

Sunday, 2 February 2020 ~  Eihwaz – energies should be stable today, however, should resistance be felt from others, remain as the observer to assess the situation but don’t be pulled in by the perceived need to “equalize” things.

Monday, 3 February 2020 ~ Thurisaz -we may experience catalytic energy today but intuition may also be high. Stay alert for deception and impulsive behavior. Remain centered and in your own focus.

Tuesday, 4 February 2020 ~ Isa – retreating to a still point away from chaotic energies may be required today. Boundaries may need to be set with others as their own may be lacking. Superficiality may be experienced.

Wednesday, 5 February 2020 ~ Ehwaz – emotions may be in flux, yours and those of others. Boundaries again may be challenging and it may be necessary to move directly into the observer mode. You may appear aloof to others when you do that, but it’s necessary to remain in control of our own peace.

Thursday, 6 February 2020 ~ Gebo – today should offer better balance energetically however emotions may still be scattered. Pull back any channels you’ve created and assume an observer focus. Higher Self energies should assist with the six energy today.

Friday, 7 February 2020 ~ Sowilo – awareness will be high today and deception experienced will likely result in irritation. A seven energy today suggests taking an observer position before you even get out of bed. Transitional energies are also felt today between Cancer and Leo, so step back from the chaos and step back in when energies settle.

Saturday, 8 February 2020 ~ Algiz – this may be a day where vampiric energy is experienced particularly with Leo energy in play. Since the exuberance of others can be difficult to endure we may want to shield, shield, and then shield again if it becomes too much.

The old adage, observe instead of absorb, is key to remaining in control over this next week. In truth, empaths and other sensitive people are often loners and live a reclusive life because of the chaotic energies we experience.

Our balance, and therefore our inner peace, is disturbed when we align with energies of a lower frequency and we may have difficulty separating the feelings of others from our own. So, observe the counsel and avoid absorbing the energies of others…in any way you can.
