Destructive energy can penetrate everyone's life. It can be especially overwhelming if you allow people to be too destructive in your life. If you have the wrong energy, chances are you're not feeling well overall. If you take the time to look for the cause, then you can avoid falling victim to it. Just because things seem to be coming out of nowhere doesn't mean they really are.
10 Signs That You Know You Are Affected By Bad Energy:
1. You are constantly exhausted.
All that evil energy really exhausts you a lot. You feel sucked and you don't seem to be doing well.
2. You are no longer excited about things that you used to enjoy.
You just don't find joy in things you used to enjoy. It feels like all the excitement is gone. You can't seem to find anything to please you.
3. You have trouble sleeping.
You spend more time stressing and worrying about falling asleep. It seems that the more you allow these destructive energies to control you, the harder you will sleep.
4. You are constantly worried.
You can't stop worrying. It's as if everything should turn out in the worst possible way, and you try not to think about it, while still thinking about it.
5. You get advice from others on what to do.
Having others say what you have to do has detrimental effects on you as a person. You have to live your life the way you want. If you let yourself be controlled by others, you will never be really happy.
6. You find it too difficult to bear criticism.
Sometimes when people criticize you, they don't do it because they want to be rude. You need to be able to take criticism less seriously and accept it as it is. This gives you room to grow.
7. You stop moving outside your comfort zone.
You don't get out of it like you used to. You focus more on the bad sides of the world and are afraid of being convicted.
8. You compare more often with others.
You spend a lot of time on your bad qualities and envy others. You need to stop that. You are perfect as you are.
9. You are stressed and you can't figure out why everything affects you so much.
You spend so much time stressing that the bright side of life is getting further and further away from you every day. You let life flow at too fast a pace. If you need a break, take it.
10. You have been much more emotional lately.
You are overwhelmed with emotions and you seem to be letting them control you. This is normal from time to time, but should be addressed as soon as possible. You need to be aware of these emotions without being controlled by them.
When you are struggling with the wrong energy, the first step you need to take is to relax. Take the time to think through everything and find out where you are actually going. Apply emotional intelligence and understand that you are okay as you are. If someone is too destructive in your life, take them out of your life without mercy. Look for good things in life, and the next time you find yourself thinking only the worst, remember the good things. Thoughts should not rule over you, but you should rule over them. So do it.
