To achieve this, we must become practiced tracking and transforming our ego patterns of overthinking, doubt, judgement, and reactivity. Easier said than done, of course, yet this is our ongoing task.

It's part of our nature to get hijacked by our ego - it happens to everyone, and I'm not exempt. When I work 1-on-1 with others, I help people better track their ego and see how it becomes a roadblock to success in relationships, business, and interacting with the outside world. An example of "ego talking" is to take things personally.
