Move Your Life Forward Now

5 Ways To Get Unstuck Or Banish Malaise

Hello friends,

Today I'd like to explore a theme common to our human experience - feeling stuck or in a malaise. We can feel like this even when our lives are full. Sometimes we can feel like this without the self-awareness to identify our experience. Continue reading for suggestions on identifying what you need to move your life forward.

Background

Feeling stuck or in a malaise can arise when you are bored, lack direction, are in burnout, or sense that something vital is missing from your experience.

Other examples: feeling no energy for usual activities, feeling frustrated when looking for a better job that hasn't yet materialized, or knowing you need to do something different yet you have no clue what it is.

Energies like Mercury Retrograde can amplify things - since communications and timings can be off and lead to delays. As we know, our ego is pushy - it wants no delays or pushback messing with its agenda. With our ego acting out like this, we can have the illusion that something is wrong or missing.

Our path as Divine Changemakers is to become increasingly self-aware - in the moment - when feeling stuck or in a malaise. That's the first step. Once you acknowledge the feeling - and remind yourself that it's human to feel like you do, you have taken the first step towards change.

5 Ways To Get Unstuck or Banish Malaise

  1. Reflect on the cause - going deeply with your spiritual practice for self-understanding.
  2. Consider small steps you can take to get unstuck and retrieve your innate life force energies. Have patience with yourself - giving yourself time to work through feelings.
  3. Change your routine - personal and with others. Personal could be decorating your space with something inspiring or playing your crystal bowl with intention to increase frequency. Update your routine to include more in-person time with people having similar interests.
  4. Connect with what inspires you - watching the sunrise, spending time with others who inspire you, listening to an uplifting talk.
  5. Prioritize your self-care - with healthy food, exercise, adequate sleep, relaxation, meditation, and spiritual practice.

I suggest that we remember the big picture of living now in these times of metamorphosis. Despite how things may appear on the surface, this is an extraordinary time to be alive! It's common to sometimes feel overwhelmed by the multisensory experience we are navigating daily. We are evolving out of a linear perspective that involves black-and-white thinking and clock time. As we develop increasing levels of self-awareness, our perspective shifts, assisting us with having a higher view.

I welcome your feedback on these topics, and letting me know how you are doing.

Thank you for being here with me, and for your ongoing support!
