Have You Rented Out Your Soul ~ It is Not Too Late

Often, without realizing it, the process begins very early in life. Sometimes in childhood, sometimes much later—quiet, almost invisible moments where, in order to keep the peace, to belong, to be accepted, or to avoid conflict, small parts of ourselves are set aside. Not dramatically. Not consciously. Just… gradually. A preference not spoken. A truth softened so it won’t disturb anyone. A boundary ignored because it feels easier than holding it. A part of who we are quietly traded off so things can “work”.

The Erosion of Inner Clarity

There is a cost – when you give parts of yourself away. The slow erosion of inner clarity. The exhaustion that comes from constantly adjusting yourself instead of living as yourself. Often, people don’t realize what they’ve lost until they feel strangely hollow, unfulfilled, or disconnected from their own truth.

There is also a different cost—one that comes with not renting yourself out. Choosing to remain whole can mean discomfort and pain. It can mean standing alone at times. It can mean disappointing others, being misunderstood, or facing friction rather than harmony. This cost is immediate and visible, which is why many avoid it, it can be very a painful and lonely road.

Choosing Yourself Anyway

If you’ve never rented out parts of yourself, then you already know this cost. You’ve felt the pressure. You’ve felt the tension of holding your ground. And you chose yourself anyway. Even if that meant losing everything.

And if you have rented out parts of yourself, there is no blame here. Only awareness. Awareness is where reclamation begins. Please know, it is not selfish to set boundaries. It is not wrong to respect yourself. It is not unkind to stop giving pieces of yourself away for things that were never worth the loss. Nothing external is worth losing yourself for.

The Path to Sacred Union

It is always possible to return—to gather yourself back, piece by piece, and come home to who you are. To be the genuine you. To be whole. To be the love that comes from not being willing to rent out your Soul. That is unconditional love for yourself first. And it is from this that transcendence arises.

And yes—many people still wonder why I’m alone. It’s simple. I’m just not willing to rent out my Soul at any cost. Alignment, truth, and wholeness matter. This is the root and foundation of true Divine union, Hierogamy (sacred union) where transcendence unfolds and deepens.
