You have been programmed to believe that progress comes from doing more, planning harder, proving your worth through exhaustion. Yet every great creative leap on your planet has been born in stillness: a long walk with no destination, a gaze through a window, a moment where nothing was required of you. In these spaces, you access altered states of mind not by techniques, but by permission.
