We realize it has not been an easy task. There have been moments when you were ready to give up on your desire to create a new reality. Yet you found the strength and fortitude to continue. This is what we acknowledge in this transmission.

The Collective Shadow

Your planet has been dealing with the collective shadow — the negative emotions of hatred, fear, violence, prejudice, guilt, and shame. These emotions have been reflected in your daily news and lived reality. Each person carries some aspect of these emotions and beliefs. It has often been easier to project them onto others rather than acknowledge and transform them within.

For eons, the galactic family has supported humanity in transforming this shadow aspect of consciousness. In recent years, that support has intensified dramatically. Celestial realms have offered powerful waves of energy, encouraging each individual to recognize and take responsibility for their part in the collective drama.

Transformation Through Challenge

Each human has felt this increase in energy. It has been challenging and at times uncomfortable. Major changes have occurred in personal lives — job losses, the transition of loved ones, relationships ending, health challenges. These may have been among the most difficult experiences you have faced.

Yet even through these events, you stayed the course. You used your tools. You shifted each experience into a higher frequency of transformation. You allowed cosmic energies to activate your personal evolution and reshape your reality.

Humanity has crossed a powerful energetic threshold that is birthing a profound transformation of your reality. Many of you sense that you are in the early stages of the greatest collective awakening in human history.

Humanity has reached critical mass — a turning point, a moment of truth, a point of no return. You are shifting into the fifth dimension. You may feel yourself moving between the third, fourth, and fifth dimensions. Remember, these are states of consciousness.

Be mindful when old fears or limiting beliefs pull you back into lower frequencies. Shift quickly into gratitude, which allows you to rise again. Everything is frequency. Everything is energy. Everything is consciousness. You are pure energy.

Creating from Higher Frequencies

In higher dimensions, creation accelerates. Your energy, vibration, and frequency communicate directly with the quantum field. Negative emotions and limiting beliefs lower your frequency, while gratitude and coherence elevate it.

There is a strong forward-moving energy available to you. Use it fully. It is here to assist humanity in rapidly shifting the experienced world.

In the past, your brain allowed awareness of only a small portion of available reality. That is changing. Each person will experience expanded perception in their own way. You may begin sensing more, perceiving subtle energies, or noticing heightened intuitive abilities.

Pay attention to how information arrives. What new abilities are emerging? Are telepathic impressions, heightened intuition, or energy perception becoming more natural? These are signs of your expanding consciousness.

Remember Who You Are

This is only the beginning. Your feelings, vibrations, and frequencies inform the quantum field what you wish to create. Imagination and visualization, coupled with a coherent heart frequency, send a clear signal for manifestation.

You are a divine, multidimensional being — powerful beyond measure — here to offer a coherent frequency of love, gratitude, and appreciation. This frequency transforms all energy.
