Remember your light and call on this mighty force throughout the remainder of the final waking dream! There is nothing more healing than the power within. Remember who you are!

Recall moments where you believed the end was near. But you are here and so much was gained in strength. Each time you fell, you rose again. Well done, beloved one!

Reset your life as each moment is new. Nothing is wasted and this moment is perfect on your journey.

Re-adjust as you look around and realize that everything is here to serve you. Every tear, every crumb, every laugh, every meal. All losses and every victory have a place in your story.

Re-start from the place where you are. Take the next step however small. Great things are ahead as only good is before you! Hold on to this truth as you find the path of light.

Refocus and see the clarity of all love that has been in your life. Pets, children, friends and food are only part of the gifts you have enjoyed. As you have shared your heart, the benefits and blessings of love have also covered your own being.

Re-energize as you choose food to fuel the body form. Some people have an abundance with resources and the best and most nutritious provisions can be afforded. Others have meager supplies but are able to have sustenance. Speaks words of high vibrations over your food and body. In many cultures this is known as blessing your food. Know in truth that gratefulness matters and a frequency is created to serve you well.

Reprogram the vibrational frequencies that are chosen with entertainment. Every sound, word and image affects your body, mind and well being. The water that composes the largest part of the body, forms patterns of beauty or discord as you cover your surroundings with joy or fear. What you see and hear is absorbed into cells. Give the body mind connection a boost of light with calming and soothing tones and images.

Re-fuel the spirit with meditation. Everyone can benefit and all lives will improve. Here is the place of alignment where each personality finds truth as the soul. Cultivating the inner world will assist you as all perceived pain and issues are transcended to spirit. Here is where you find peace.

Rehearse the life that is desired. Create the story of you that is desired to play out. Believe it and it will be so. You have created your story so far. You are gifted the chance to change anything. This begins with a thought. Choose each thought wisely and let go of what does not serve you.

Re-acquaint yourself with the song that you came to sing. It is there within your heart. Never let circumstances cause you to forget the melody that only you can bring to the symphony of life! Sing your song as you dance your dance! I will meet you there!
