“Discover freedom in the space beyond attachments ~Crystal Wind”

Greetings, greetings, I am Archangel Metatron. It is a joy to be in your presence today to bring forth my energy, love and wisdom. Today I wish to create clarity; a clearing within your energy field, your being and your focus as well.  

I wish to support you in recognising your own inner truth, the importance of your inner energy…how wise and powerful your inner energy is…and also, the importance of your creations and how your creations form from within your being.

I wish to share with you today, a practice that allows you to move beyond attachment to a space within you that is your truth. I do not wish to say that attachment is negative, for it is not; attachment is needed in your reality in certain areas/situations. It supports you in holding connections and links. 

Sometimes attachments can be negative; if they are draining energy from you or causing you to be distracted from where the truth of your being lies. But generally, they can support you. As long as you are connecting into the truth of your being, an attachment born from this is fine. 

By attachments, I, Archangel Metatron, mean the links/connections/relationships. You have a relationship with everything – inside of you and outside of you – things that you hold dear, things that you are connected to, even places into which you are grounded and rooted. 

My practice is for you to allow yourself to become aware of your body and your energy field simply by turning your energy/focus inwards. Just observe yourself; your body, your thoughts, your emotions…whatever is present with you at this time. 

Imagine also that you are holding, within your arms/energy field, everything that you are attached to; all your situations you’ve created, all your relationships/experiences…everything that you’ve created whether you perceive it as negative or positive – even things that you feel you may not have created. 

Just allow yourself to feel. 

Do these feel weightless? 

Do they feel as if they are carrying and supporting you, or do they feel quite heavy, like baggage; like something you are holding onto or gripping hold of…something that maybe you are dragging along?   

I, Archangel Metatron, then wish for you to imagine that all of these attachments – situations, relationships, things, your thoughts, emotions, and your creations – just turn to sand…a golden sand…and they begin to fall away. 

You may feel shocked at first. Allow yourself to simply breathe deeply, and observe your reaction. Maybe you feel happy and relieved. 

We can pick them up again later, but for now, just imagine that everything is like sand and is just flowing through your fingers, your body and energy field and, just maybe, falling into the ground below you.

Allow this to take place. It may take a while, and that is fine. Then, when you feel like it is complete, ask yourself what remains. There might still be some thoughts/situations/attachments that simply do not want to leave or which you don’t want to let go. Breathe deeply and just allow them to turn into sand…just for now. 

If all of your stuff – relationships/situations/experiences/creations/dreams/desires – have all turned to sand and flowed into the earth, what remains? What’s left?

You will discover that what is left is the space beyond attachment. This space is your truth; it is your essence. You may see/sense/acknowledge this in many different ways. Whichever way you see/sense/acknowledge your truth/inner essence/space within, is perfectly appropriate for you. 

Sit with that for a while; sit with what remains. Try to feel comfortable with the truth within your being…whatever it is, and however it appears…and let it fill your body/auric field/energy field and your surroundings. When you feel that that process is complete, then you have this wonderful experience of what you choose to pick up again. 

What do you choose to hold onto? 

I, Archangel Metatron, invite you to first choose to hold onto things that really nurture/nourish/support you. These may be relationships, loved ones, certain circumstances or places. Just allow yourself to feel the support that these give you. If you find that they don’t offer support, you can just allow them to, once more, turn to sand, and try again.

It’s almost like a balancing process; working out what really supports/nourishes you. Again, recognise how it nurtures, and how your energy flows and expands. You are safe.  

You can also allow yourself to observe the things that have been really heavy to carry. Observe them from a space of your inner truth. Ask yourself what needs to be done, or to take place, in order for this heavy burden to be transformed. It might simply be that you allow it to turn to sand again, or maybe you need to send love. It’s not that you’re ignoring it; you’re simply observing it in energy form.

You could talk to it. You could ask it to come back in a different way – to share some wisdom – to share the message that it holds.  

When you allow yourself to view yourself and your reality from the space beyond attachment, the way that you perceive yourself and your situations/creations/relationships transforms and a new perspective dawns; a perspective from intuition/love/peace/power, and this will serve you far more than being in the very centre of the attachment where you cannot see/sense/acknowledge beyond it to a greater wisdom.
