Hello Everyone! It’s been a while since I updated this blog, and of course so much has happened and continues to happen in this ever-changing landscape we’ve incarnated into.

What surprised me the most is that I moved from where I was living – a cold and dark cave like space – to a bright and sunny apartment with its own little garden, sunny patio and abundant bird life. It has a view over the mountains and for the first time in 5 years I can gaze at the stunning sky, day and night. I can see the stars and moon in all their glory!! And I can once again gaze at the awesome cotton wool clouds as they pass by. This is like heaven to me!!

The move wasn’t planned, it just happened. Such is life. It happens with ease and grace when we trust the Power within us to literally move mountains of debris out of our way.

I want to share with you something Michael said to me the other day. We’ve had so much rain lately; our dams are overflowing! So I was asking Michael about resistance. It seems we have so much of this energy around these days and if we hold any resistance within our own personal energy field, we end up being attractive to more and more of the same. And so it goes… round and round the mulberry bush, going nowhere slowly… as my guide keeps pointing out.

This is Michael ‘s advice to you today.

Instead of becoming attached to the emotions that buffet us in any given moment, be like the sluice gates of the dam, or sea or whatever you wish to perceive the ocean of energy we live in.

So think of the dam as the ocean or sea of emotion in which we live and have our Being here in the physical. Within the ocean exists the emotion of resistance also. So many people resist life without even knowing they are doing it. Meditate on this for a while and ask to be shown ways in which you are holding resistance. Here in South Africa we’re resisting the power outages, the increasing costs of fuel and electricity as well as general living costs, the lack of water (yes even with all the rain there is a lack of clean drinking water in certain areas), lack of [….. fill in the blank]. This is always going to manifest as long as we continue to resist it. What we resist persists.

Letting go is key to living a prosperous and happy life.

Allow the sea of emotion to just flow though you. Don’t attach to it, don’t identify with the negative stuff that shows up. It’s just the way it is. There has to be polarity. Recognize that and allow it. Rise above it, be like a hot air balloon and gaze at it. Marvel even. Stay focussed to the positive result you’re wanting to create and experience and allow the rest to flow through you.

Michael has said before, when you are able to rise above the so called good and bad, the right and wrong, then you become free of it.

Meditate also on the Power that is living and loving you, sustaining you, healing you, protecting you in every moment. The Power loves you so much, it will act as your own personal alchemist if you choose. But to FEEL it and EXPERIENCE it, you have to tune into it. Say you want to listen to radio 94.5 but instead your receiver is tuned into 88.2, then you’re not going to get what you want are you? What you focus on you experience.

Be the willow Tree that bends in the wind. The sturdy oak is beautiful, but is unbending and rigid and so it is buffeted by the winds of change. So much is changing now and it can be real scary if you’re not allowing the change to happen.

So I just want to say, be open like the sluice gates. Allow the sea of emotion to flow, keep affirming the positive changes you wish to experience in your world and just allow it all to unfold with ease and grace. The Power has your back.

Trust and have faith. It works always in your favor.
