The only battle a human being truly fights is the battle for energy! There are two ways to obtain energy: by finding the source within yourself or by seeking energy from the outside, that is, from your fellow human beings.

Today, as more and more people are challenged by the events of the time up to mental and physical collapse, the supply of sufficient life energy is more important than ever. More and more people are being gripped by crises of meaning and fewer and fewer can disguise the fact that something is missing for their happiness. So they set out on a search – and they find you!

The energy vampire begins its work: People who avoid transformation work need an external energy source in order to somehow manage their lives.

In doing so, these people develop an incredible sense of where and from whom they can receive or tap energy.

You have certainly experienced this before: You had what was actually a “nice” conversation with someone – and afterward you were so drained as if you had been carrying stones all day. There is only one thing to do:

Stop having nice conversations! “Small talk” leads nowhere.

What Does Someone Want From You?

Therefore, the first and most important task is to recognize: What does this person want from me? Does he want to unload his problems on me without changing anything about himself, or is he seeking advice in order to be able to change something?

This is the basis on which either a valuable exchange or useless chatter takes place.

Sponge or Mirror?

Decide for yourself what you want to be for your friends and fellow human beings: a sponge that absorbs everything, or a mirror in which the other person can see themselves.

Make this fundamental decision for yourself! What do you want to be – sponge or mirror? After that, everything is simple and it only takes a little practice and you are already the master of your energy balance.

Nevertheless, it can often happen that you feel inexplicably exhausted. There are mainly two causes for this:

• You have been in a crowd of people (shopping, event, etc.) or
• you are being energetically besieged or attacked on a subtle level.
