When you move, when you walk, when you run, your bodies work to supply everything that is needed for that moment. This makes all the internal energy also move to meet what your body is asking for; and this is fabulous. Stagnant energy equals pain, stagnant energy equals illness, because you start to accumulate energies at certain points and over time, it becomes unbalanced in such a way that a problem arises there.

So when you move, it's very important, because it makes all the energies move too and there's none of them accumulating anywhere. It is the same with your thoughts, except that thought does not move your physical body, but thought moves your subtle bodies. If you emanate positive feelings, feelings of joy, feelings of faith, trust, your subtle bodies vibrate at the same frequency. They put themselves illuminated, making everything you are emanating to be amplified and emanated to the environment as well.

So realize that you are not only good for you, you are good for the Whole. And in the same way if you vibrate doubt, vibrate lack of faith, vibrate disbelief, vibrate anger, vibrate hate, vibrate contempt, judgment, criticism, your subtle bodies also receive that and emanate outwards, all that energy that you vibrated. So, realize how good it is to just talk and think positive things. You are not only good for the whole, you are mainly good for you. You can change even what is already bad within you. And there are some feelings that have greater powers than others, like gratitude, for example. Be grateful for each moment, be grateful for each experience, be grateful for each learning, be grateful for being alive, be grateful for one more day; this makes a huge difference in your surroundings. What is needed by each of you right now, in this moment, is determination, commitment. You cannot fail one day, because if you do, you will have to go back to the beach again and take the next boat.
