What are your thoughts about?

How do you feel at this moment?

Then, make your intent to shift into the next higher level of emotional well being, by asking yourself 'How do I want to feel right now?". 

Allow yourself to feel a little bit better.

And a little bit better. 

Find a thought of appreciation and feel just a little bit better.

And a little bit better...

When you are at a level of emotional wellbeing, joy, love and peace, move your awareness to your outer reality.

What does your current reality feel like to you?

Make your intent to shift your reality to the next higher level of wellbeing.

Find elements in your reality that you appreciate. Even if they are small.

Find a few more...

Look for what's working right now.

What are you excited about?

What do you appreciate about yourself and others?

Who do you love?

What do you appreciate about them?

Now, bring your awareness back to your emotional wellbeing.

Can you feel a difference in the way you feel? 

Can you feel a higher vibrational level in your being?

Now, you can take it even higher, by bringing your awareness to your outer reality again and repeat the process from above of up-leveling your reality.

Then, bring your awareness back to your emotional wellbeing. 

You can uplevel between your own energy field and that of your reality for as many times as you wish.

It is like a loop that generates higher and higher vibrational frequencies. 

Then, your experiences will reflect these higher energies back to you, as you go forward.
