January’s Theme: Stay focused on your desires and not your fears or past happenings. Our thoughts are ready to manifest into reality so stay focused on where you want to go instead of where you’ve been.

Laugh at yourself and at life. Not in the spirit of derision or whining self-pity,but as a remedy, a miracle drug, that will ease your pain, cure your depression, and help you to put in perspective that seemingly terrible defeat and worry with laughter at your predicaments, thus freeing your mind to think clearly toward the solution that is certain to come. 19: Helping ourselves and being of service. These two things are often connected because as we help ourselves we are also helping those closest to us.  Being of service does not always mean offering time, and energy to the community or to the world and that by starting small we can make a difference.  The truth is that before we can help others we must first be willing to help ourselves and that it is through our own actions that we find ourselves leading by example. This shows others that positive changes can be made. It provides inspiration to those who need it (as well as yourself!) and that every day whether we are aware of it or not, we have the ability to make a difference in someone’s life. Today the angels are reminding us that they are here to help and are asking us to share our optimistic glow while projecting good vibes to those around you.

• Archangel Zadkiel teaches us that true compassion and healing lie in our ability to forgive ourselves and others. This is essential to the letting go and letting it be processes as it allows our hearts and minds to make room and teaches us to just breathe and embrace compassion which makes room for new growth. This is one of the best self-healing practices and gifts that we can give ourselves.

• The Ascended Master Mother Mary provides us with all forms of healing. She surrounds us with her gentle energy and helps to fill our hearts with love as she imparts feelings of peace and safety as she gently heals the dark, hidden places within while showing us the path that leads to compassion and forgiveness which are essential to healing ourselves and helping others.

• The Celtic Goddess Aeracura shows us the way to expand and share our loving energy. She tells us, ” Playfulness and a carefree spirit are the heart of true abundance. By sharing of yourselves it creates an energy that spreads and grows.”

• Inspirational Apatite helps us to be of service by encouraging us to be more open and at ease in social situations as it promotes a humanitarian attitude.

• Charoite. This multi-hued mineral is a stone of transformation. It helps to open our hearts to the concept of unconditional love and brings those energies forward. Charoite enhances our perception and helps to ground our spiritual nature into everyday reality and helps us to see ways we can be of service. This stone can be used to reduce stress and worry as it helps us to overcome fear.

• Chalcedony brings mind, body, spirit, and emotions into harmony by calming fear, anger or self-doubt. It also promotes good feelings towards self and others.
