1014:  Every so often we must make time for a little self care. Today the angels are reminding us that we can’t take of others if we don’t take care of ourselves first. Start your day by performing a self check, then ground, center and release any negative energy that is stuck to you. (You can call upon Archangel Michael to help with this…. see our Angelic Helper below). Then do something nice for yourself! Unplug for a while, meditate, buy yourself a gift, take a walk or even a home spa treatment. Just spend a little quality time with yourself.

• Rhyolite brings emotional balance and emotional release when needed. It aids our forward progress by keeping us anchored in the present while keeping the past where it belongs. This is great meditation stone and is also effective in bringing the changes needed to reach our full potential.
