The Pleiadian-Sirian-Arcturian Council of Light:

"We are here now.

We love you.

We are you, from your future, to assist you on your path.

Beloved One, as you are moving through your ascension journey, we are inviting you to continue to repattern your mind.

You see, it is not your body or your circumstances that needs healing.

It is your mind that needs healing.

How do you do that?

First, begin to pay attention to your thoughts.

Is the thought that came in a thought of the Ego Mind or the God Mind?

It the thought judging or criticizing yourself or others? Is the thought remembering a painful past or a worrisome future? Then, it's a thought of the Ego Mind.

At this moment you have a choice. 

Either you allow for this thought to spiral into a big and unmanageable feeling, which then in turn creates your reality ("Illusion")

Or you cut this thought off, right at the beginning. 

You can do so by choosing a short mantra to move your awareness away from the Ego Mind towards your God Mind.

Here are some examples:

"Peace, be still and know I AM God."

"I am as God Created me."

"This is not real. Only God's reality is real."

You can also use any other mantra that you know and that does the trick. 

If done consistently, over time, the Ego Mind thoughts will become less. The God Mind thoughts become more, and your experience will reflect that.

This will assist you in moving out from the Illusion into Heaven on Earth/The New Divine Earth.

We are holding the vision of the Divine New Earth with you and from our vantage point it is glorious. 

We are with you, every step of the way.

You are loved beyond measure.

We are with you... always. We love you.

We are you. Namaste."
