The light is increasing in your physical bodies, in your energy bodies, and in your emotional bodies, and mental bodies. Yes. That is correct, and some of you might begin to become very luminous and radiant. And some of you might appear and look younger. And some of you begin to feel younger. This is a natural effect of your spiritual awakening and ascension process, if you will.

Ascending into the higher vibrational frequencies of light. Ascending into a higher dimensional reality, the new Earth, if you will. And what happens is that the biophotons in the cells of your bodies are being activated. At the same time, also, anything that is covering the innate light within you is being slowly released, you see.

Every time you heal and release uh emotional pain, another layer that is covering up the light within you is being taken off, and the light within you is being able to shine through and to be expressed. So, this is a natural process that has already started within you and that is continuing with its process. And as each cell within your body is being activated, the light increases naturally.

So, what it causes is the natural turnover of old cells because they cannot hold the vibrational frequencies anymore and naturally they are being discarded and the new cells are able to come forth. The 12 strands of your DNA structure is being activated and is coming online as well. Yes, indeed.

Have you noticed that some who have experienced a fairly pleasant or peaceful life naturally look younger? People who are happy and joyous and who smile a lot and who are simply radiating much life force energies. Naturally you look more vibrant and look younger.

People who are bent down by the heavy loads of their problems and pains and issues and worries and other emotional pain that they carry naturally age quicker. Some they either lose their hair or the hair turns white or gray from lots of stress and uh emotional heavy loads. So, as you are awakening, as your higher self, your soul, is orchestrating and is arranging all the different experiences and healing and releasing and growing and awakening, the more this is taking place and the more you're allowing for this to take place, the easier it is to look more vibrant and radiant.

You see, it is not all about wrinkles, dear ones. Especially the women, you see. It is about a light coming from within, coming through the eyes, through the smile. You see, that is your journey of awakening and of rejuvenation. And it is not a coincidence that many are becoming more and more interesting in extending their lifespan in eternal youthing, if you will.

And the reason for that is because you innately know that you are eternal. And that death or aging and dying is actually an occurrence of a lower vibrational frequency, a dimension that is of a lower vibration. And as you are moving out from these heavy dimensions and densities, you naturally uh remember that you are actually eternal. And that it is actually quite normal to be in this vehicle for much longer.

And when you look back at your history, you will notice that the lifespan was much shorter a few hundred years ago, and now the lifespan is already becoming longer. Some are effect of of course circumstances that life quality overall has increased and improved. But now that you all have roofs over your heads and are in a fairly secure and safe environment, now you are able to take this physical journey even further and take these physical vehicles that carry this beautiful soul of yours to take that even further and to have be around for much longer.

You will also notice that those of you who live with a purpose live longer. You see, when there is no reason to stick around anymore here on your planet, naturally the messaging to the cells of your body is becoming uh less important, meaning that the messages to your body is, well, there's no point of being here anymore. I don't have a reason for being here on Earth. And then naturally the cells receive the message and are slowly declining.

But what happens is when you begin messaging to the cells of your body that you have a very important purpose here on your planet that your soul came here for a reason. That is when the messages to the cells of your bodies become different and you are able now to allow for more of your light body to be integrated into this physical vehicle. And therefore, your life and your reason for being here is becoming important and therefore, you will probably begin to contemplate what else you can do to stick around for longer and to perhaps drop activities that are not serving the health of your bodies because you want to be able to carry out your purpose.

So, to answer your question, yes, your bodies are all becoming more and more luminous, more and more light-filled, healthier, and happier as you are on your journey of ascension. Yes, indeed.

In today's transmission, Etara opens with something I want you to really hear. They say you are fully equipped with everything you need for your purpose and your ascension. But then they go further. They tell us we all have the ability to communicate telepathically. Not as a future gift, but as something we already have right now.

And the reason most of us can't feel it, they describe it as a fog. A dense atmosphere around your emotions and your senses. Stay with this transmission all the way to the end because Etara explains exactly what is happening as the fog begins to lift.

You all incarnated here into this lifetime with a very specific set of gifts and talents and abilities. Some of them you have already utilized and applied and used and played with in your lifetime. And they have served you well. But we are here to tell you that you only have scratched the surface of all the amazing abilities that you all came here on your planet. Yes.

You have planned everything very well before you came here into this lifetime on your planet. You are fully loaded, if you will. Fully equipped with everything that you will need to express your true purpose for being here and for experiencing your ascension into the new Earth while you are in this physical vehicle.

There's no need for conditioning and to leave your physical body behind yet. Many of you have individual gifts and talents and very individual expressions of creativity, of creating a reality, of moving between different realities and timelines and parallel realities, of stepping into very specific experiences that you have all planned out for yourself before you came here.

You have all the ability to communicate telepathically. And what makes us smile is that we have to express it that way, communicate telepathically. It is funny to us because you are all so connected. You are all completely connected, all of you, all of you. And all it takes for you is to open your senses to it. There's no separation between any of you, dear ones.

You are all connected and that means that any transfer of thoughts and ideas and realities is already existing. You are simply not aware of it yet. But you are becoming more and more aware. Yes. And that is important because the more you become aware of the connectedness of ideas and creations and realities, the easier it is for you to choose which of the realities you wish to reside in. What do you wish to create? What do you wish to connect with?

Your heart space is very unique as you are incarnated on this planet. Your ability to love and to have compassion for each other and to express feeling and to receive feeling to share to share feeling is very humanly unique because you are in this incredibly dense environment and you have to send your emotions through a very thick atmosphere, if you will. Through like a fog.

In higher dimensions and realities, there's no delay. We are all one consciousness. We are individualized little pockets of this consciousness, but we are all moving as one light and love consciousness of source. And so for us we think of something and the other already thinks the same.

And as one experiences something or observes something like for example, we are looking at humanity, we look at Earth and we are observing, we are watching because some of us are directed to keep a an eye on our brothers and sisters here on the on planet Earth. So we observe something and we think something and the next galactic being next to us, our brothers and sisters, we think the same immediately. There's no delay, if you will.

And the same thing will happen on your planet as this fog, this atmosphere, is slowly lifting and slowly dissolving as humanity as a whole is raising its vibrational frequencies and is awakening and is able to connect more. Not to connect more, but to become more aware of the connection.

So, these are some of the innate abilities that are coming online, if you will, because this is the natural state. The natural state is to be able to see beyond the physical and to see what is beyond the physical. Let's say you have a person in front of you and you can see beyond the physical body, you can see the energy field, you can feel the feelings and you can connect and observe thoughts and ideas and you are able to step into various specific realities that you feel are what it is that you wish to experience more.

So, your co-creative abilities are coming online. Co-creative abilities meaning co-creation with source and you here. There are many, many more abilities and we could go on for a very long time. But for now, it is important to acknowledge that you are coming in naturally online because you are in this environment of awakening, of the raising of vibrational frequencies, and any dormant abilities that you brought with you are coming online, and you will uh become more sensitive to others' feelings, your feelings, emotions, and thoughts.

And you are able to create a little bit faster. The fog, the heaviness is lifting more. You are able to connect with higher realms of light easier. Yes, indeed.
