The most precious thing you have, is the time in your life. It cannot be bought or sold; however, it can be lost and found.

Therefore, the most productive activity you can engage in, with the time allotted to you, is not waste it. This does not mean that you should be doing something every moment. Rather it suggests that whatever you are doing should be what is best for that particular time.

You may spend days doing nothing, so you can calm your mind, relax, and rejuvenate. Other times you may be busy, and your time will be occupied.

The best use of your time is when you are able to reflect and feel good about how you spent it. After all, it is yours to do with what you wish.

Sometimes you might look back and regret how you used your time in the past, but there is no need to, because once you have recognized what might have been done differently, it means you have moved on to a higher place. After all, that is your goal, is it not?

Time is not real, in the sense that we customarily think of it. It is only a marker, driven by cosmic cycles. At times it feels as though everything glides smoothly along the channels of Light that carry you through life. Then there are days when there seems to be resistance. It is all part of the cyclical nature of the energetic world in which you live.

The trick is to recognize the flow of energy in which you are travelling and learn to adjust to it. You are not here to struggle your way through life, instead your purpose is to resonate with the Divine Nature that you brought into the world.

There are times to be active and other times to rest. Both mental and physical activities have their place, and both can be equally invigorating or exhausting. What is important, is to trust your feelings. You will know when it is time to rest or when it is time to do.

You are not here to push yourself into accomplishing anything that does not call to you. Just find the flow and tap into it. When you do, there is joy in your actions and a sense of satisfaction, because you are doing what you feel likedoing, and that is what you are meant to be doing.

There is a sense of satisfaction when you spend your time as you wish, even if it does not make sense to anyone else. When you are in sync with Universal Energy, it feels pleasurable, calm, and right.

Over time, as you continue to consult yourself, and determine what you feel called to do, your Energy Body is nurtured with joy and contentment.

Over time, your peaceful demeanor becomes your default state. You go through your day in a walking meditation. You radiate peace and calm into the world.

So it is that you are following your spiritual path.
