All Galactic Federations of Light, The Angelic Realm, the Ascended Masters, The Civilization of Telos, All Inner Earth Civilizations of Light and all other Realms of Light are sending Assistance and Support to you. 

Many are feeling different ascension symptoms (i.e. dizziness and sleepiness... ) which is all part of the energy light codes that we are sending to you.

There is also a profound emotional shift happening and many of you are trying to understand their fluctuating emotions better to stabilize them.
