The sun is made of matter. All matter has been created through the forces of colliding energy which bring matter into being. Light, color and sound are all powerful forces that vibrate with a frequency that underlies all creation. The light of the Supreme Source began as a breath, a movement of energy which took form as matter. All matter, living and non-living, has been created by the life-force of love, which streams forth as a living, breathing consciousness through the light of the great central sun which gives light and life to all living things on Earth. The great central sun is part of the all and has therefore been created with the adamantine particles of creation. The light, sound and energy from the great central sun fuels all of creation. All light on Earth comes from the great central sun whether it be from the moon or the sun itself, and the 12 rays are fractions of the light stemming from the sun. The magnetic energy of the sun magnifies the energy emitted from the adamantine particles that are in every living thing that creates life and its reality through thought, sound and action.

The adamantine particles of creation are born from every thought that a person thinks. The creation of action or word from thought brings forth particles of light that carry the love of the Creator. Whether the action is cruel of kind depends on the vibration of the thought and the intention behind it. All creation, whether loving or otherwise is born from the adamantine particles and therefore has the potential to create love whether that was the intention or not. How many times has love been expressed after a calamitous event? How many lessons have been learned by individuals whose deeds have impacted upon others and caused them to rethink their thoughts, ideas and actions?

The sun allows one to create with magnified intent and purpose. When you breathe in the adamantine particles of creation while sitting in the sun, your thoughts will become powerful creations with the potential to manifest intentions instantly. Be careful with your thoughts when you are exposed to the light of the sun! What you think you believe, and what you believe you create! Are you creating with loving intention? Are you manifesting love back into your life? It all starts with a thought, that is all it takes.

The Earth’s sun has much more energy to burn before it dies, and the heat it generates is and will be a strong as ever for many human lifetimes to come. The effect of the sun’s energy on human health and wellbeing is well-documented, and the potential for the development of illness of disease as a result of exposure to the sun’s harmful UV rays is well-known. However, so many humans continue to risk their health through unprotected exposure to the sun.

Vitamin D deficiency also causes illness with symptoms such as fatigue and depression. The need to receive sun exposure directly onto the skin is also well known, but the risk of over-doing it is ever present. Humans therefore find themselves ‘between a rock and a hard place’ when it comes to both exposing themselves to and protecting themselves from the sun’s heat and life-giving properties. While sunscreen is temporarily effective in protecting the skin from burning, it also carries its own risks. Not all humans can tolerate the chemicals in the products and its application can cause allergies and much discomfort.

Cancers such as melanoma kill thousands of people every year on Earth, and many cancers have been triggered by long-term sun exposure. It is imperative to protect yourselves from the sun, Dear Ones, but it is also imperative to consider that cancer, nor any disease or illness, is not purely a physical affliction. All humans have four bodies, only one of which is physical, and all of them have equal bearings on a person’s health and well-being. Cancer is triggered by the emotions of hatred, strong resentment and anger, and when a person harbors these toxic emotions over many years the combination of these emotions with the imbalances in the physical body can potentially cause cancer cells to grow.

However, there are some who develop cancer who have not carried toxic emotions, and these people include the very young. One of the reasons could well be found in the person’s past lives, where toxic emotions resided and are still held in the person’s soul memory. Another reason is that the person had cancer in a past life and still carries the cellular memory of this. A third reason is that living through cancer is a lesson they have chosen to learn. Cancer triggered by the sun in a very young person or someone who has lived their lives to help others can also indicate that the person’s DNA has not been activated properly to align them to the combined magnetic forces of the sun and Mother Earth. They have therefore been extra sensitive to the sun’s harmful rays and their body has not known how to cope. The activation of this DNA is possible through alignment to the sun’s energy in meditation.

Activating DNA through alignment to the sun to prevent cancer is a process that may sound simplistic and idealistic, and in the human form not many people would believe it to be so. But the physical existence of man and the boundaries it creates in his mind is all an illusion and only a barrier if one invests their belief in it. One’s belief system is underlies one’s reality, that is, whatever you believe you create. Therefore, any healing practice, whether it be natural, Chinese, Western, religious or spiritual will only have maximum effect if the practitioner or patient believes in it. Of course, some practices are more effective than others, but belief is the crucial factor in the integrity of the healing.

Intent is another crucial factor in the creation of healing. With intent it will be, so the integrity of the intent is of utmost importance. Being specific in your wording is also another important element, because when you ask it will be and you will receive what you ask for. However, if you have not included every detail in your request, it may be left out.

The sun is a powerful healing force and will activate DNA, regenerate tissue and cells and replenish the life-force within a living organism. However, the length of exposure to delicate skin and tissue can have lasting and often devastating repercussions. The mediation to follow is safe away from the harmful rays of the sun, and it is hoped you will feel many benefits – much is possible beyond the realm of the physical body, particularly in the energy of the Creator, through which this meditation must be conducted.
