Dear brothers and sisters of the planet Earth! I AM LANTO!

It's with great joy and satisfaction that I come to participate once again in this journey of forgiveness. In this fourth round, you will eliminate any kind of connection that you've made consciously or unconsciously with any soul on your walk. Little by little, you are getting rid of many chains and ties that have been created over time. Now, be wise, don't generate new chains, don't generate new dependencies.

Act without any dependency whatsoever, don't create dependency on anyone. To create dependence on someone is a severe karmic act; no one can be dependent on anyone. And in the same way, never allow yourself to depend on anyone. Understand this dependency as a mental one. No one can imprison anyone. No one can cause anyone to be dependent on anyone.

So allow yourselves to clear it all out, but don't cause new ones. Be aware of the dependent behavior of other people. This isn't good for you or them; more seriously, it provokes this dependency. You're all free. You're all free souls. Don't cause this type of process in anyone.

Freedom is one of the most powerful feelings in the Universe. The freedom to love yourself and be who you are doesn't matter in whose eyes; it doesn't matter how they see you. What matters is being who you are. The judgment of others can't reach you; the consequences of your own actions are enough. Because to every action, there's a reaction, and what you emanate, you receive in return.

So, begin to love yourself, to love your way. It doesn't matter if it's difficult or easy. Love your walk. If it's full of obstacles, but you manage to get through them, it's a sign of evolution. If you can't get through, the lessons aren't being learned. You need to pay more attention. So just look at your own journeys, and forget about others.

Each incarnated soul has a goal and a path. No one can, and no one should change anyone's path. Don't be responsible for anyone's wrong ways. As I've already said here, to be intelligent is not to be wise. Wise is learning from each lesson, observing your own path, observing what needs to be done, and being aware of your own mistakes and not making them again. This is being wise. Intellectual intelligence does not always show the best paths in life; wisdom does. Wisdom brings you the right choices. That's why you are wise.

So know to choose your paths and good ones for those who can't yet make their own decisions, like your children. But don't make them copies of yourselves. They are human beings, souls with wills and purposes. Just take care of them with love and respect and educate them. Don't impose a path that you think is right. You know how to be wise with your children.

This is a lesson that many fathers and mothers on your planet don't know how to fulfill, unfortunately, for several reasons: selfishness, excessive love (which I don't call love here, it's a bloated feeling), authoritarianism, dependency... several factors that spoil their children. But every father and every mother must know how to be wise in raising a child.

Ask for help, and we'll be very grateful to help you make the right decisions. In fact, this applies to everyone. Don't know what to do? Again, ask for our help; we will help you find the right path.

Meditation 2

Do this meditation by sitting or lying down. Choose a position that keeps you awake the whole time. If you fall asleep, repeat the meditation.

Right now, I'm standing next to you and surrounding you in a bubble of Golden Light. Feel this energy.

Take a deep breath of this Golden Light.

Breathe deeply again.

And again.

Now, take the crystal off your chest.

If you are lying down, place the crystal over the height of your spiritual heart.

If you sit down, place it in your hands as a prayer.

I'm placing my hands upon your crown chakra and conveying all my wisdom to you so that all agreements, contracts, pacts, promises, and rituals are eliminated.

Remain in the process for five minutes.

Repeat after me, "May my Higher Self connect with the Higher Self of every soul to which I have made any kind of eternal connection, such as pacts, agreements, contracts, dependencies, allegiances, to break them right now."

If you are lying down, align your arms along your body and place your palms up. If seated, place your hands on your legs, palms up.

I'm putting my hands on yours.

With your mind's eye, look ahead. You won't see me, but you will see an incandescent ball of Golden Yellow Light.

See this ball spinning in front of you, it's pure fire, and it will burn all the energies related to addictions that have been built over time.

Remain at this energy level for five minutes.

This ball will remain in front of you till the next ray.

Whether you saw anything or not is irrelevant. The process will last until the next ray.

If you see or feel something, don't worry, it's a long process that will go on until the next ray.

Now, I'm taking my hands off and enveloping you in a Yellow Light. The crystal in your chest emanates a Golden Yellow Light again.

Right now, you are slowly returning to your consciousness.

With each deep breath, you bring your consciousness back.
