The inner child

If you are hurt by a person, check what hurts you and who feels hurt. Many injuries are based on an injured inner child.

Many people had to experience in their childhood that they were not good enough, not strong enough, not smart enough, not valuable enough, not skillful enough, not hardworking enough. The way you were, you weren't enough! The upbringing drew you there, then there. The way you were, you weren't right. Your environment conveyed to you: There is something wrong with you.

Growing up like this means growing up with wounds, with mental pain and with a feeling of inferiority.

Many adult people are hardly aware of this and they attribute their "hurtness" to false causes. People like to look for the reason on the outside or with the people who have obviously taught you an injury.

Many injuries that people teach themselves in everyday life stem from childhood in this or a past life. As long as this pain remains unconscious and unredeemed, wrong assignments are made – and the mental suffering remains.

Check your pain carefully!

Therefore, always check yourself carefully before you blame someone for your mental pain.

Today's emotional, mental, and physical injuries remind you of yesterday and draw your attention to your unredeemed story that connects you to being human.

Accept these memories gratefully, they are a gift from your soul to your soul, that is, feel the true causes of your injuries, your anger, your anger or your resentment. Most of the time, the causes lie in your human history.

Often they are far behind and just waiting to be tracked down and recognized – and the human ego is involved. Who was injured – or how can you hurt something that isn't?
