I invite you to consider for a moment, almost as if there is a heartbeat or a pulsation, that is intrinsic within you.
You might consider it your own heartbeat. However, I speak of the heartbeat of consciousness. We speak frequently about your own consciousness and the expansion of that, of taking what is unconscious into the conscious. Of tapping into your soul through your consciousness.
You can take in a couple of breathes and open your awareness with the intention that you will connect with the collective consciousness.
