Ask to connect with wherever you are right now. Look up, look down, and create an open flow, there is always a rhythm. The Schumann frequency is being talked about more and more consistently, and that gives you a visual of how all of this is changing. Do you remember the days when you thought the frequency was so high at 26 and 24? And now it hits 80, 85, 100.
