At the end of each day, as you are going to sleep at night, affirm this has been a day in which I spoke my truth, in which I lived to the best of my ability and all as well.

Now there may be times when you think that is not the way my day went, not in one iota! So shift the focus, shift the energy, let go of what was outside of that intention, and then let it go. That day was not the day that you wanted, but it is the day that it was.

So, through that love, that acceptance, that reality, you are able to make these permanent changes that keep you consistently in the high light frequencies. It is not about being perfect; it is about loving yourself and loving and accepting every experience, no matter what it may be.
