In the next couple of quotes from William LePar’s spiritual source, The Council, they will give us information about their abilities during a trance session and the potential dangers.

Questioner: First, we had some questions about the trance. If anything happens to the physical body, will you release immediately?

The Council: If there is any apparent danger to the physical, we can release immediately if it is necessary. We can to a certain degree control any problems that may develop within the physical manifestation itself.

Questioner: I see. If there is any danger, would I be able to tell when you have released.

The Council: The wisest course of action is to prevent the body from being touched until you are sure that he is no longer in trance. You should be sufficiently aware of the difference by now.

Questioner: Yes. Last time you gave a warning to stay away from the head area. Why was this?

The Council: This is the area in which we are concentrating.

Questioner: How close to the head does this extend? How far away should we stand from the head?

The Council: The safest distance would be approximately 18 inches to 2 feet.

Questioner: Would there still be -- it would be safer yet to give a margin beyond that?

The Council: Particularly if any motion is to occur in that area for any length of time.

Questioner: If there was any motion there, if it ended quickly would that be a -- would that poison(?) his body?

The Council: Your question is not clear.

Questioner: Let's say somebody walked by quickly.

The Council: Within the 18 inches to 24 inches would cause possible problems with the physical later on. Beyond that there is no problem.
