Today’s guided meditation for clearing negativity uses powerful guided visualization, deep relaxation, and creative imagination techniques. Techniques meant to help you release any negativity that may be present in your life and increase positivity. By doing so, you will feel a lot more confident, peaceful, vibrant, joyful, happy and alive. And you will have a lot more energy to do the things you love to do.
Before you begin, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 40 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be in a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready to press play.
