3 Keys Meditation ~ Timeline Shift!

Dearest Light Tribe, this new channeled guided meditation, just published on my YouTube channel, is a gift from the Star Councils of Light.

This eclipse portal ~ 28-29-30 March 2025 ~ is an unbelievably powerful RE-SET opportunity for our planet and people! Timelines are splitting on Earth and it is up to us to choose, every single day, to live our truth. We need to truly master how to recalibrate our energies when our frequency drops, in order to re-establish peace and joy in the energies we are emitting. These skills are inherent in the 3 Keys Meditation. With a bit of practice they are simple to master, and yet their potential for life-changing transformation is off the charts!

In the coming months, and especially in this 3-day Eclipse Portal, please spend as much time as possible meditating - on your own or in groups - using these 3 keys. Our ability to expand and awaken our true selves - our Higher Selves - is making a quantum leap!

I have just completed my first in-person Higher Self Embodiment workshop at Casa Solara Algarve. What a joy it is to find myself unpacking aspects of spiritual growth that have been in my field since my late twenties/ early thirties, but were not truly integrated! When I first read The Power of Now by Eckart Tolle, I knew the material was a game-changer - and yet I couldn't quite put it into practice. When I read the Abraham material channeled through Esther Hicks, I felt the deep truths in their words - but once again, it was accessible on a left-brain level, but not truly in my experience.

The wisdom of my Higher Self is truly integrating into my consciousness now, weaving the threads of past learnings, and activating witness consciousness in me. I am able to see and feel almost instantaneously when I am 'misfiring' - saying or doing something that is out of alignment with my True Self.

The awakening of the Higher Heart and the Higher Mind is happening for all of us awakeners, right here right now! You will find yourself embracing change with greater ease and following your highest and Path of Service with greater joy and enthusiasm! The Time Is Now!
